DIVISION OF THE MIND ACCESSED THROUGH EYE MOVEMENTS

when you look up, you think of future or memories

when you look side, you hear old words or future music

when you look down, you can hear yourself talking or feel touch,

so, if u want to cure depression, don't look downwards and u will find that you cannot talk to your own self negatively anymore,

positive future and God can be accessed only through looking upwards with determination

there is science behind old sayings and religious laws which when understood helps us cure

DIVISIONS OF THE MIND

The mind stores information according to past, present and future.
Each of your sense organs has a neural circuitry, which can be observed through eye accessing cues.
Our eye balls move to the left, right depending on whether we are focusing on past or present or future  inside our mind.

Eye accessing cues have been researched and established.

For a right-handed person, the following eye movements are visible:

  1. When you look up to the right, you see the future constructed visions.
  2. When you look up to the left, you see your past visions.
  3. When you look sideways to your right, you hear sounds, which you create.
  4. When you look sideways to the left, you hear past sounds.
  5. When you look down to you right you feel touch and
  6. when you down to your left, you can access you self-talk/talking with another person.

Learning task 14 - access your sensory cues.

Visual Recall – ACCESSING PAST MEMORY

Think of a time in your childhood. What was the colour of the room you grew up in? What was the colour of your school uniform? When you think of this memory, which part of your head are you focusing at? Where are your eyeballs moving?

Visual Constructed- FUTURE OR  IMAGINATION VSUALIZATION

Now, think how would your room look like if it were blue? See yourself in a new dress in the mirror! Where do your eyes move?

Hearing recall – ACCESSING PAST MEMORY SOUNDS

Listen to an old favorite song or,
Listen to your mother’s voice. Where do your eyes move?

Hearing constructed – CREATING FUTURE SOUNDS

Now, think of how would you sound if you had Donald Duck’s voice. Imagine trying to sing like Lata Mangeshkar! Where do your eyes move?

Talking recall – AUDITORY DIGITAL RECALL

Recite a nursery rhyme/ the alphabet. Where do your eyes move?

Talking constructed – AUDITORY DIGITAL FUTURE CONSTRUCT

Imagine yourself giving a public speech in the future OR talking to a friend after this class. Where do your eyes move?

Feeling recall – SENSORY RECALL

Think of walking on wet grass/ sand. Ho does the touch feel on you toes. Where do your eyes move?

Feeling constructed – IMAGINED SENSORY EXPERIENCE

Think of touching/ feeling something in the future, which you haven’t touched till now. Where do your eyes move?

Different parts of the mind get activated with different sensory inputs.

Every experience has a neurological circuit. It has a picture (a visual input), a sound (an auditory input), a feeling (a kinesthetic input) and a self-talk/talk input (called auditory digital input).

Each memory when accessed has all these sensory inputs. Some inputs may be stronger than others. An emotional reaction can be triggered in the subconscious mind when any of these inputs are repeated.

ANY EMOTIONAL CHAIN WHEN TRIGERRED AWAKE BY A PRESNET TIME SIMLAR EXPERIENCE AT THE SENSORY LEVEL CAN  RESULT IN INWARDS STRESS OR AN INAPPROPRIATE EXTERNAL BEHAVIOUR .

Eg. A person in authority like a parent/ spouse /boss scolding or abusing you  in the now can remind you of a similar traumatizing experience in the past which can create a far more intense reaction in your mind than the present experience warrantees. In your childhood, if a  teacher’s or parent’s scolding resulted in lowering of self-esteem, the same feeling is created by the boss scolding, and hence the same stress hormones may be produced physiologically, even though the person may not be consciously aware what is causing the stress.
