Definitions :
Positivity - Energies of inner happiness, having inner hope, feelings of joy, memories of inner peace, striving for inner balance , calmness , good health, high well being , contentment, confidence , self respect etc
Negativity :
Energies of Revenge, fear , insecurity , egoisticism , worship of money and rituals , mockery of others,
Lack of self disciplined eating or drinking , addictions, anger , feelings of failure etc
Each person has elements of both as negativity is needed like fire needed for cooking but positivity is essential to ensure that fire does not burn and flame is controlled for cooking than destroying . It is a controlled flame or controlled energy that can build a dish with patience within !

The energy of life is an electric life force, coated with magnetism, held within the human body
A human body carries a mind—
and a mind carries consciousness.
Unlike animals, which function through universal consciousness and instinct, human beings are gifted with the liberty of choice. This freedom of decision is what defines the human journey.
Life, therefore, becomes a purpose-driven game of choices.
Through these choices, creativity emerges—
a reflection of the Creator’s energy within.
When this creative consciousness is mastered, human potential expands beyond material creation. It moves toward higher-dimensional abilities—the capacity to create not just machines and technology, but realities, systems, and perhaps, one day, entire worlds.
Machines and technology are powerful, but they are not alive.
Planets, oceans, trees—these are living systems. They thrive without maintenance because they are aligned with conscious energy.
Understanding Negativity and Positivity
Negativity is a form of inactive consciousness.
It is driven by:
- hearsay
- rigid traditions
- blind rituals
- unconscious faith
- unprocessed experiences
It does not create—it repeats.
Positivity, in contrast, is alive.
It is generated through the active flow of life force—an electric vibrational energy that influences the body at a cellular level. This energy shapes neural pathways, modulates hormonal balance, and re-encodes perception.
In scientific language, repeated positive emotional states support neuroplasticity, influencing neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine, while reducing stress-mediated cortisol pathways.
Thus, positivity is not belief—it is biological activation.
The Inner War
Positivity and negativity are not external enemies.
They exist within the same mind.
The real war is internal.
And only after this inner conflict begins to shift does it reflect outward into collective consciousness—into societies, systems, and global events.
Doubt plays a dual role.
It can help in learning from others’ experiences.
But when excessive, it becomes a block—restricting the free flow of life force and reinforcing negativity.
To move forward, doubt must transform into understanding.
Breaking the Patterns
This inner war is necessary.
It breaks:
- limiting traditions
- unhealthy sacrifices of self-worth
- inherited emotional patterns
Without this disruption, creativity cannot emerge.
Positivity must rise—not by suppressing negativity, but by transforming it.
Each decision taken with conscious positivity rewires the internal system before action is even taken.
Action alone creates movement.
But inner alignment creates transformation.
Without inner balance, action turns into competition, comparison, and conflict.
Energy, Breath, and Emotional States
Human energy is deeply connected with breath.
Each breath carries a subtle energetic charge—shaped by internal emotional states.
When negativity dominates:
- the body contracts
- survival responses activate
- mental rigidity increases
When positivity expands:
- breath deepens
- the nervous system regulates
- clarity and creativity increase
From a neurophysiological perspective, this reflects shifts between sympathetic (stress) and parasympathetic (rest-regulation) activation.
Collective Impact of Inner States
Human consciousness is not isolated.
Just as water connects all fish, human emotional states influence collective environments.
When negativity accumulates at large scales, it manifests as imbalance:
- conflict
- instability
- psychological distress
- societal disruption
When positivity increases, systems reorganize toward balance and growth.
Thus, individual inner peace is not a personal luxury—it is a collective necessity
Redefining Success
Traditionally, success has been associated with:
- wealth
- struggle
- competition
- external validation
But this model often carried stress, disconnection, and emotional exhaustion.
Now, the definition is evolving.
True success is shifting toward:
- inner calmness
- emotional stability
- meaningful living
- conscious creation
It is no longer about surviving through pressure, but thriving through alignment.
Conclusion: Mastering the War Within
The war within must be understood, not suppressed.
If fought with negativity—through revenge, fear, or control—it multiplies suffering.
If transformed through awareness, it becomes evolution.
Every decision is a point of power.
When positivity is chosen consciously within the mind, it begins to reshape reality—first internally, then externally.
The future is not built by action alone.
It is built by the quality of consciousness behind that action.
And the foundation of that future lies in one simple shift:
choosing the spread of positivity by winning the war of positivity from within.
Hence,
Let hope rise over doom.
Choose independence over addictions,
So that you create happiness not compromise !
Become aware that every breath amplifies—
zooming through the body,
multiplying vibrations through matching frequencies.
As if each being is a radio transmitter
broadcasting what is created within.
When negativity is spread,
an inner heaviness follows—
a silent sense of failure from within.
But when positivity is spread,
a deeper responsibility arises—
to consciously create pathways
that sustain positivity within.
