Failure Is Feedback




Your whole past experience is stored in the subconscious mind, along with your previous response, as a computer programme.
You may feel loved or hurt just because an emotional circuit onned itself when a similar frequency is matched up. A whole emotional circuit may get triggered awake  or open up by a single trigger - like a phrase, a sound, a touch or a sensation which reminds you of the original event.
Metaphorically, this function of the subconscious mind is similar to a programme opening up, on the computer screen, by typing a key word in the search engine.
You may suddenly start crying for no explainable reason as several stuck emotions of hurt resurface upon hearing a word, a phrase or an expression, which you must have heard when you were small or vulnerable.
For example, if you cried in childhood when your parents rebuked you for failing in an exam, you may cry or become sad internally, even as an adult, when you fail. You automatically start feeling sad, rejected or unloved as you did when you were a child because your subconscious programming says “Failure brings rebuke’” and a whole chain of negative emotions follow one after another.
Instead, had your parents dismissed failure as a learning lesson, you would have learnt to not feel negative energy around it.
Failure works as a learning lesson for the soul. To learn from failure, you have to accept that you have failed, not feel sad about failing, and then use failure as feedback on how to improvise your actions, behavior or thinking to get the desired happiness in the next attempt.  Usually, your happiness would rise after having failed and improvised than succeeding in the first attempt; because, through failure, you also redefine what you desire from an event.
If you can use failure as feedback to change your thinking program, you would have a different subconscious programming which says “”FAILURE IS FEEDBACK “,
 Failure is self-rebuke” is a negative mind-set whereas “Failure is Feedback” is a positive mind-set. When you use failure as feedback, you improvise, using your positive energies whereas when you use failure to be sad, you dip in depressed/negative vibrations in other areas of our life, as well.
Thus, your mind is conditioned with other people’s learned beliefs and can be deconditioned and reprogrammed by developing an awareness of what you believe to be true, irrespective of popular culture...Popularity does not necessarily lead to happiness or good health but developing awareness of what makes you internally happy and changing your choices accordingly, always improves happiness and good health.

Just as a toddler learns to walk in balance after falling down several times, failure helps to review the mind’s strategy in progress. Accepting failure leads to inner change, deletion of an old, redundant program like a belief or ambition which no longer creates the happiness desired and installation of a new thinking pattern to get the desired balance.


Treating Failure as Feedback deliberately is necessary to change your everyday mind-set from negative to positive. Healing the soul is more important to remain healthy and happy than any miracle healing. Miracles help only if they change your vibration from doubt to belief, but subsequently, you have to change your everyday choices of thinking to positive to remain in alignment with God’s positive vibrations. No miracle healing helps you find happiness. It only solves one problem, but another problem crops up. Your life cannot be peaceful unless your inner mindset changes to positive, such that you accept that difficulties are a part of life and realize that diseases, depressions and deprivations can be cured through making positive changes in your subconscious thinking pattern.

STRESS AND UNHAPPINESS ARE SCIENTIFICALLY INTER - LINKED



Earth is a physical dimension where negative and positive energies interact to form physical matter. The celestial dimensions are spirit dimensions where positive energy predominates matter. Positive ions are more spread out than negative ions. To form physical matter, air has to turn into solid. Likewise, spirit has to conform to a body. Body is physical matter. Spirit is like air.  The spirit has to lower its positive frequency to come in physical body.

 While staying in physical body alive, the spirit cannot be as positive as it would be in celestial dimension because physical body is dense. Density requires atoms and molecules to move close to each other which requires magnetism. Magnetism is created by negative thought.
We cannot be completely free of negative thought while staying alive in a body. If we want to be free of negative feelings totally, we have to evolve to being content in a spirit body which stays in high frequency, spirit dimensions where movement of ions is freer and more spaced out.

Stress is a negative energy. Happiness is a positive energy. When we take action in the physical world, we combine stress with happiness. The joy we get from doing any work is its happiness component. The discomfort we undertake while performing the work is its stress component.
Any activity requires both happiness and stress component in the physical world. There can be no work done if we totally focus on happiness or bliss as that is a spirit dimension of existence.
As the spirit, we do not need food, clothes or cars. Hence, if we want to be like spirits and in complete bliss, we have to also give up desire for physical comforts like saints do.

The job we do, be it drinking water or manufacturing films, creates feelings in us. We feel content and satisfied after drinking water or making a film. The contentment level rises or falls but the feeling essentially remains the same. The energy of contentment varies and makes the experience different for the soul.
If the level if positive contentment is greater than the discomfort endured in doing it, the action leads to creation of happiness. If the discomfort is greater than the joy produced while doing the act, the stress level increases.

We have to ensure that the JOY component f the work being done always remains higher than the DISCOMFORT component for the activity to yield happiness in our lives.
If we allow negative energy of stress to become greater than the positive energy of contentment/happiness, we would lose satisfaction with our own selves and devolve as souls.
Soul evolution means to be happy more than stressed. Stress cannot be avoided but has to be kept minimum even if material comforts are sacrificed in the process. Freedom is in rising to the spirit zones of existence with feeling contentment in heart.


Our health and peace rise when we feel greater joy than stress while doing any job. Our anxiety levels rise and diseases increase if we allow stress to increase and happiness to fall while doing the job. A balance between negative and positive has to be maintained such than positive feeling is on an average, greater than negative feelings but negative cant be eradicated on Earth as we need magnetism to stay alive

Creation Of Floods or Wars

Floods are a result of a mass consciousness based on wanting to throw up. When too many people feel negative, there is negative energy radiating on the planet .

The planet experiences an imbalance . Floods throw up clusters of negative energy and help to clear area of debris. It is a cleaning up process of the planet.
The NEW AGE comes up with higher frequencies on Earth .
A high frequency means a high speed of vibration and a higher speed of thinking.

High speed can be achieved only by clearing of debris, dust and clusters of negative energy as negative energy blocks the smooth functioning of Earth's engine .

It is expected that the NEW AGE will start with increase in calamities, earthquakes, floods  , fights, , riots, wars etc. because destruction is necessary for people to re-orient thinking towards being positive. Each time, there is destruction, waves of compassion are generated which radiate positive energy.

Negative thinking people are like sores on the planet . The planet cannot be healthy if most eole remain sick, worried or anxious.

As there is large scale destruction of negative energy, air clears for speed of vibration to increase.
Only human beings who are optimistic and can change their thinking to positive can survive on the planet  .
People who remain negative, strive for financial success without feeling good within, try to be mechanical in attitude, block positive emotions from rising , stay away from meditation and soul evolution - cannot survive .

The inner frequency of the soul has to rise with the rising frequency of the planet. The soul frequency rises only by feeling positive.  A rise in compassion, love, peace , harmony and spiritual awareness are more important for life to exist than an increase in number of houses or cars you own.

THE SOUL :


The soul is a tiny unit of life-force energy, which radiates light through the body. It can be compared to the filament of a light bulb. Metaphorically, if we view the soul as the filament of the bulb, then the body would be the glass wall of the bulb through which the filament radiates light. The body is, thus, the vehicle of the soul.
The Soul gets its power from a bigger source of light, which can be called the ONENESS or the Creator, like the filament of the bulb gets its power from the main electricity line.
Just as a bulb is useless without its filament, the body is useless without the soul. It is the soul which gives life force, as well as an identity to the body. The sense of self which a person has is his/her soul. For example, if you say ‘My body is beautiful or my body is fat’, then, the ‘my’ is the soulthe life-force energy within you.

The soul is a being made of life force energy. It is always moving at a certain speed called its vibrational frequency. The speed of vibration at which the soul vibrates is called the soul frequency.
Soul frequency varies depending on the level of soul advancement. The more positive the soul frequency, the more power it has to create. The more advanced souls have a higher soul frequency, while the Creator, the most advanced soul, has a very high positive frequency.

Happiness is the sustained increase in positive energy vibration of the soul which is reflected by good health and peacefulness of  mind , as contrasted with unhappiness which is a progressive decline in good health and peacefulness of the mind “

By learning to silent the negative chatter of the mind, we de-addict from negative thinking. Our soul rises up and takes charge of our body. Positive thinking takes over when we allow ourselves to feel neutral or peaceful at intervals.
Discovering ourselves, as souls, helps to break the recurring dichotomy between the desires of the body and those of the soul.
.If we choose to be happy than stressed, as souls, we come out of staying in difficulties. We help God or the Creator by activating our energies of co-creation and taking responsibility for all that happens in our life. Problems and happiness are created by our soul’s vibrational frequency to achieve a specific purpose of evolution. These concepts are discussed in subsequent books of the series.
Every book in this series of creating happiness as part of the purpose of the soul to rise to a higher positive frequency, would incorporate some self-help exercises. This book starts with the basic self -help exercises, equally needed by base learners and advanced leaners on the path of co-creating happiness.

The following thought processes can be inculcated with daily practice. Please follow the exercises accurately. These are based on summarizing extensive research from several workshops and meditation courses.

1.      If we are conditioned into focusing on problems subconsciously, we have to consciously, make efforts to be thoughtless. Being without any thought helps to stop thinking negative. Only by not thinking negative, can we come out of the difficulties we perceive as our reality.
2.      We have to pause our habit of worrying and brake the flow of routine negative emotional current in the body just as we have to apply brakes on a car to reverse it.
3.      Every day for ten minutes we need to remain completely free of thinking. We need to just breathe and smile for ten minutes while completely detaching from the outside world. Using an alarm clock helps, if we can allot a specific time. Silence helps to create neutral electric impulses while smiling releases positive hormones in the body; thus erasing a negative energy circuitry previously dominant.
4.      A habit of being in internal silence needs to be acquired within the mind even if there is no time or no silence outside. Start with being silent or smiling inwardly for ten seconds every hour in a detached manner. Deliberate, conscious mind control helps break the habit of automatic, unconscious negative thinking. Use Traffic jams and travelling time to remain thoughtless in inner silence.
5.      Every time, negative feelings rise within you, about yourself, any person or situation, try to think two positive feelings deliberately. Thank God each time you think about the positive qualities. Thanking is a positive energy and attracts more positive energy overtime. Your soul will attract more happy and healthy energy as positive wins over negative by your choice of focus.
6.      Do not dwell on the negative as you will fall down the slope suddenly like a current taking you over. Force yourself to stop thinking negative and push yourself up to instead focus on some positive aspects of your life, yourself or the situation.
7.      Ignore the abusive people in your life as secondary to your priorities of thinking. There are abusive people in everybody’s life as we come on Earth to defeat negative energies which come through people or circumstances. Becoming immune to negative influence helps dilute negative force and spread positive soul consciousness like light spreading over darkness.  A person who is negative seeks to inflict the virus of negative thinking over you and feel justified himself in his own sorrows. When you shift your focus away from negative words, you defeat the negative energy in motion and thus, neutralize the impact of his/her energies over you.

Do not set time limits for yourself. The process of internal change is long but rewarding in terms of increasing internal satisfaction.
Meditation will create a new energy cycle overtime wherein an old negative life pattern would get demolished. A phase of detachment and being neutral would come which will be followed by health and happiness.
 However, the interim period would be a test of patience and perseverance. Several old values, beliefs and needs would get challenged as we come out of the habit of negative thinking. Overtime, circumstances and people would change as our choices start aligning with the purpose of our soul.

THE CORRECT METHOD OF MEDITATION

The soul is the co-creator of your life . By tapping into your soul power, your subconscious mind can guide you on how to overcome weakness in the body, solve your financial problems, heal your body from diseases, improve your work performance, help you make choices to feel content in life, invite prosperity and wealth, increase your soul power as a co-creator , connect you to your spirit guides, help you through releasing past sorrow and manifest dreams, change your inner vibrations to be peaceful and discover several methods to find happiness.
The correct method of meditation is that which makes you more happy or detached than sad about situations of life wherein you feel helpless . If you practice meditation, you metaphorically exercise your mental body in order to meditate, which is similar to you exercising your physical body to be fit. The process of reducing negative thinking is the same for the mind as the process of reducing fat is for the body. Just as you control your body from over –eating during slimming, you have to control your mind from indulging on worrying or complaining ,while learning to be positive.
Overtime, through setting the goal to be positive during your meditation by controlling your mind to stay focused on your breathing or on not thinking or on happy feelings in visualizations or on just deliberate smiling,  you would find changes in your thinking on a routine basis such that you automatically choose to be more positive than negative.
A correct method of meditation may have to be accompanied by past life regression , inner child healing , NLP , spirit release or other healing methods just as physical exercise needs to be complemented with a good diet.
Happiness is that energy which would raise your soul’s vibrational frequency and make you feel more powerful by detaching from that situation which you cannot resolve.   Just as you detach from excessive hunger or eating in boredom while learning to be fit and healthy, you detach from needing to gossip about your problems or thinking about difficulties as a mental junk thought ,eating habit , while learning to be happy and healthy.
 Once you know how to access positive hormones creation and take care of your body , you would remain healthy even if you cannot afford expensive medical treatments or healing workshops . Similarly , once you are aware of your soul purpose and subconscious needs, your life would become happier even without any stark change in external circumstances .
You need to talk to yourself in imagination , as if you are a person standing in front of you to understand your soul needs and align your mind and body to reduce your inner conflicts . An interaction between the mind, body and soul is not maintained automatically but has to be sustained with deliberate mind control because your subconscious mind is like the engine of the car, wherein the soul is the owner of the car. When the engine runs more smoothly , the car drives better on the same roads. Similarly, when you listen to your subconscious needs, you can overcome difficulties more appropriately and stay happier .
But, if you neglect your inner voice, problems would keep coming in your life and in your body , even when your external front becomes richer and more successful. Your external image may be good but your happiness will not rise just because your reputation or external image is good,  if your body remains in disease and your mind in anxiety. Feeling good inside the body, is as or more important as maintaining a good image, for happiness and good health to improve in life

Metaphorically, by only focusing on painting the car so that it looks good, the inner engine would catch dust and deteriorate. Therefore, keeping the engine in good condition is as important as maintaining a good exterior.

So, the key to changing your future to feel happier inside is to find a way to feel happy in the ‘now’. Once your energy starts revolving in circles of happiness, the same energies would multiply in your life through changing people, circumstances and jobs.

The most effective way to change the way you feel in the present moment, is to access your subconscious mind which is the data base of your thoughts and align it with a positive consciousness by smiling within yourself in meditation or by being detached from worries and feeling calm, as being calm is a ZERO ( neutral/positive ) frequency of energy vibration which is higher than a MINUS( negative ) frequency of worrying.  .
The soul experiences life through feeling positive, neutral and negative energies in its thoughts and actions. Energies multiply with inner focus and the future energies are an expansion of the present energies. Same feelings multiply over a lifetime in repetitive patterns of dominant focus,  be it negative, detached or positive.
Life’s experiences  move on with changing circumstances but underlying emotions remain the same as the soul energy moves in circular motion around a point of dominant focus. The subconscious mind manifests everything in the future on the basis of how you feel in the present.
External circumstances materialize such that you continue feeling more negative or more positive in the same current of emotional cycle.
You become what you feel you are. Your feelings reflect what you think . For example, if you think you are impatient, your subconscious mind will express this belief through your anger or clumsiness.
If you think you are fat, it will manifest as overweight in your body. If you think you are beautiful, you will get complements from others. Whatever you think about yourself in the NOW, you will manifest or become in the future.

Your life, your circumstances and your relationships reflect your feelings. Just as a bulb reflects light, your body and your life reflect your inner light ... If you feel suppressed in your circumstances , it means that your inner light is suppressed and you are not glowing as much as you potentially can as a part of God.

For raising your positive frequency, you can align your feelings with God. To match the frequency of God which is necessary to download God's energies in you, you can imagine positive light which subconsciously is the historically established symbol of a higher intelligence. As the soul by itself cannot see or hear but uses the body as the vehicle to attain its desires, imagining is considered the same as a real experience by the subconscious mind if it creates the same energy vibrations or feelings in the body as a real experience would, as it does if visualization is accompanied with an experience of the mind, that make the soul feel at peace .
To align with God’s wisdom and  reflect outwards your inner positive light, you would have to erase several negative beliefs of your life which have clogged your  subconscious circuits with negative energy particles created  due to a focus on sadness, fear or anger , that has been imbibed through bitter experiences of  present life, childhood or past lives.

All that is around you is your soul converting feelings into experiences, emotional energy into physical form and the movement of desires towards manifestation of more positive energy in your life is blocked by obstacles created by negative energies created by a focus on negative feelings .
For aligning your mind to receive guidance from God, you need to uplift your emotional energy towards feeling positive by deliberate choice so that your energy frequency matches the energy frequency of a  more positive consciousness, as of God. Feelings are the energies which radiate out in every thought and form the energy content of  the subconscious mind.
Your life is made of energy particles, created by your core desires, fears and deepest beliefs. Your ambitions reflect your soul purpose and your cravings hide your inner conflicts. Your pains aid in your soul evolution as you transcend negative to positive by understanding why you decided to take on this human story as being your reality of life.

The subconscious vibrational cycle does not stop creating unhappiness in your mind ,until it is deliberately broken by an external force from the person’s own conscious mind by applying deliberate mind training to focus on positive emotions .

 

Learning task 13 – Align with God’s wisdom

Consider a problem in your life where you feel helpless.
First level of observation through detachment :- move out of your body as in imagination and view the problem from an observer perspective . For example, if your friend has the same problem which you have, what would be your advice to him or her when the aim is to help him be happy , healthy and pleasant?
Second level of observation with detachment: - move further up as if you are watching the situation as your own parent . As your child facing the situation, what will be your advice to yourself when the aim is that your child stays healthy, happy, confident and peaceful with the choices made ?
Third level of observation & detachment  :- watch the situation from an eternal perspective. If life was eternal and you were to live forever, how would you view your problematic situation. As God, what would be your advice to yourself when the aim is to choose for your good heath , soul grade evolution, higher frequency of happiness and peacefulness ?
