Death does not solve problems

 Understanding the working of this alternate reality that is, reality, as viewed from the perspective of the soul is particularly useful when everything in life appears to be going wrong, when one does not understand why life is taking the turns that it is and when the WHY ME syndrome takes over - often, deluding reasoning. 

When we view our life-time as part of a journey and not as a one-time experience, then we can view difficulties as road blocks, driving through which enhances our expertise. Overcoming difficulties helps in soul evolution. 

Realizing happiness in life for the soul is like winning an Energy War between negative energies which block our happiness by making us focus on fear and competition and the opposing positive energies within us. As souls, we seek to express our inner pure self freely so that we can experience joy and laughter while going through the walks of life. But, usually we lose the war when we live feeling stressed and die feeling diseased.

The soul continues on the same journey of challenges till it can radiate its light fully i.e. till it realizes happiness in the path chosen even if the process takes several life-times. 

So, if we make choices which make us feel pangs of emptiness often, where we keep questioning why we do what we do but keep feeling obliged to remain bound by a system of organization in order to meet our financial or traditional commitments; then we need to be aware that if our body dies feeling compromised in any area of life, we would reincarnate with similar problematic circumstances.

Death does not solve problems.


Our soul would not die with the body and the thought we die 

with would remain with us in the next body till we can transcend 

it. The energy which makes us feel negative never dies. Only the 

physical matter dies. 

The energy remains and tries to free itself from feeling bound or 

compromised again in whichever area of life it dies feeling negative. 

Hence as souls, we keep repeating experiences which make us feel incomplete, underutilized and helpless till we can transcend the difficulties as obstacles to be overcome, find what happiness means to our individual sensibilities and realize it. 

Our soul seeks to win the Energy War it finds itself entangled in the ups and downs of life, by defeating the negative energies which prevent it from feeling happy or content from within.

The soul has to succeed in feeling happy, successful and joyous in order to evolve to a higher positive frequency, and usually the war is more within the self than external since how worthy or powerful, we feel internally affects how we make our choices and compromises externally.

Depression - understand its energy

Depression is spreading like rapid fire these days. Problems appear to rise when people start talking about them whereas they may have been dormant through centuries. However, problems can also literally increase when there is excessive accumulation of trauma in the mass consciousness and immunity falls for society, as a whole; thus , leading to each falling backwards. This analogy is similar to pollution of air. 

When there is too much pollution, breathing of each is negatively affected. Similarly, when there is too much hypocrisy in society, well-being of each thinking person is negatively affected. 


While rational logic can be devised on theoretical layers and medicines prescribed by research on chemical grounds, there is much need to understand the energy underlying the spread of depression to check its exponential growth. 

Usually, depression is caused due to the circumstances of a person which are affected by a multitude of factors that cannot be controlled as chemical reactions can be. However, the circumstances can be deciphered through methods like hypnotherapy so that the person can view his or her own self deception and heal.

The healing of depression requires release of suppressed tension by either changing the circumstances or viewing the self from a detached, observer’s perspective. Depressiongoes into the background when illusions of a perfect world , a perfect education scenario, a perfect self , a perfect marriage and a perfect job break while imperfections are accepted as a natural norm of life, such that ‘freedom to be naturally different’ replaces chains of ‘why can I not beconventionally perfect ’,in the mind.

Depression is largely a result of self- deception .You become depressed when you feel helpless because things are not as you believe they should be and you cannot do anything about the situation.

For example, depression in school children can be traced to inadequate sleep patterns, trust being broken repeatedly, unfair criticism, unnecessary performance expectations and excessive pressure on the child’s mind to fit into success norms of the world which have been proven to have failed in creating success or happiness.

Understanding the Subconscious Soul Desire While Taking Action

 




To find exactly what it is, that our soul desires, we need to focus on the feeling, which we are seeking to satisfy, through an action.


To satisfy a soul desire,  it is necessary to learn to read the energy behind a form, than  just pursue the externally offered package.

Awareness of-Intention - Action - Consequence:

There is a feeling which we seek to satisfy through indulging in any action.

This feeling is called the intention behind an act.

Usually, a disparity exists between our intention, action and its consequence which is the main cause of stress, and negativity, in our lives.

This means that after the act is done, we realize that the consequence was not that which we had desired/intended initially.

Hence , even if we succeed, we continue to feel stressed and negative after a temporary feeling of euphoria.

For example, a person may work very hard to keep his family happy, but in the process may lose emotional contact with his family members andeventually may get separated from the family itself. If he had taken some time off and focused on his core desire, and whether or not his actions were leading to the desired outcome, he may have chosen a more congruent method to keep his family happy.

Whenever we feel helpless or victimized deep within, while pursuing a path, even if we are okay with the compromise, it is not the path for the soul. 

Since, the soul is a part of the Creator , we should always feel like a Creator on the path of the soul, not as a victim of circumstances.

A life is meant to help the soul evolve, but a life focused on satisfying short-term goals, which spread more negative energy than positive, may lead to weakening of the soul.

For example, some people feel in control when they hit others. Dev, the lead character in the book, ‘In Search Of Happiness; the soul’s perspective’, often did so. He often indulged in aggressive behavior to release the tension in his mind. It gave him short-term relief. But, during therapy, when he looked deeper in his mind, he realized that this act was causing him greater stress than relief. It was an act, which he was compulsively drawn into like a drug, and the more he indulged in it, the more he craved for it, and the more his stress increased at the soul level.

He was surprised to find that, internally, he was not getting the emotional satisfaction he was seeking by hitting other people. His soul did not desire a path of violence, but his conscious mind thought that it did.

At the conscious level, the feeling he was seeking to satisfy was a need to feel powerful because he had a deep inner urge to feel powerful. But, in his pursuit of power, he missed out on why the soul craved power 

The soul craved for a feeling of power because that gave him the strength to fight against injustice. Fighting against injustice was his core soul mission.

So, a conflict arose when Dev chose a method of pursuit of power by hitting others. He wanted to feel powerful like soldiers do. Hitting other people and defeating them is a historically accepted conventional method of seeking power.

But this conventional method which he came upon by following mass Earth thought was not the method which satisfied his soul needs. The soul’s very purpose of seeking power was defeated by the method chosen by his conscious mind to gain power.

It created negative vibrations within him which harmed his soul energies. 

The feeling of power that he got by defeating weaker people was 

accompanied by a feeling of emptiness and desperation.

So, Dev was never able to achieve the emotional satisfaction he was 

seeking whatever he did since all his actions were based on the belief that hitting others makes one powerful. He never found the kind of power the soul sought because his whole thought pattern went against the soul’s purpose.

There was constant disharmony between the needs of the soul and the method his conscious mind chose to satisfy that need. To find the feeling of inner satisfaction that he desired, he needed to reflect on the method he was choosing to meet his innermost desires. At a conscious level what he thought was an appropriate means of fulfilling his desires was not so at the soul level.

Like Dev, we do not focus on the fact that it is the method of pursuit which is important and not the goal by itself. In our pursuit of a goal, we choose to ignore the warning, which our subconscious mind often gives us that even after attaining this goal we may not get the emotional satisfaction we desired while pursuing this goal.

The intention, action and consequence need to be synchronized.

To resolve this core problem of the disparity between intention, action and consequence which causes a person to indulge in negative feelings, we need to realize that when we seek to satisfy an inner urge, we need to be clear first that the method we use does satisfy that urge.

We also need to acknowledge that, usually, the conventional methods we choose to use, which are influenced by mass thought, do not satisfy the soul urge. As explained earlier in this book, mass thought, today, is predominantly negative, and any action which is based on blindly following mass thinking can only create more negative energies.

If the person focuses on feeling the harmony in his energies, while making choices in life, and chooses only that act which gives him a positive feeling, then he is on the path the soul desires from this life experience. 

In this process, temporary difficulties may arise, but this choice will lead to greater material and emotional satisfaction in the long run.

Honest Vs. Self Aware/ Self Conscious Person

 Honesty vs. Self awareness  


An honest person defines honesty by criterion of society. For example, several people call themselves honest in offce  but have casual sex or impose themselves on staff . Several honest people are abusive to their family members and to employees . Several honest people lose their anger and become sarcastic or  violent in disagreement with others . Several honest people cheat on wives or husbands or children and insult them often just to feel superior. If another soul feels betrayed by you or suffocated by your presence even if you are honest in your office work, your overall vibration will be affected . Your soul will be postive or negative  depending on the energy radiation of your soul by your honesty in office vs. your stifling of your wife's freedom.

A higher negative soul vibration disqualifies karmic redemption.Any negative vibration created by action or compromise  is dishonesty to God. If you have several health problems, it means you are dishonest as a soul to your own self as health problems arise due to negativity ignored or suppressed by the reptilian mind . This denial of honest self needs ,will qualify as dishonesty even if you are honest at work . If you take alcohol , drugs or prostitutes, you will again be dishonest to self as you self harm your positivity for short term escape as addictions or prostitution harm health in the long term.


A self conscious / Self aware person will choose his or her actions based on honesty as defined by God i.e by feelings of being karmically correct or wrong . For example,if you and others feel more positive by your actions in the long term, then you are being honest to your soul and to God but if you feel compromised and make others feel negative in the long run, you are being dishonest to your soul and to God.

Repaying Karmic Debt is Necessary To Find Happiness- eg.Murderers &.Saints

 Negative emotions effectively come as obstacles to happiness.

 Suffering has to be overcome by a focus on detachment and peace for us to achieve a higher, desired level of being but it is not easy.

However, when the soul learns to overcome these emotions as obstacles to feeling happy, it undergoes a belief change in its subconscious mind, wherein detachment and being positive becomes a priority.

Only when the soul is in a positive energy balance state can it receive other positive energies from its environment.

 

If the soul can learn the planned soul lessons in its life by staying neutral or positive and not indulging in negative impulses, it would be able to wash away or repay its karmic debt, respectively.

 

The karmic debt would get cleared as the soul’s frequency rises from negative to neutral/zero and then, positive, through the process of learning its soul lessons.

 

However if the soul is unable to remain neutral or positively focused, it would incur more negative karma while again failing to learn the lessons planned. Hence it would repeat another life-time to complete the unfinished purpose and to repay the even greater karmic debt as exemplified below:

 

To prevent debt accumulation, some advanced souls may plan lives which alternate with each other.

 

 For example, in one life, a soul may become a killer or assassin due to a difficult life-plan. Because of the extreme levels of negative encounters planned, the soul may fail in learning its soul lessons. It may not be able to overcome the negative emotions as planned and may become the opposite of what it planned. The soul would devolve to a lower positive frequency if it becomes negative due to its choices of becoming an assassin or murderer to meet its goals .

The soul would be able to repay its karmic debt only by creating positive energy in other lives similar to that of  the souls it killed .The quantum of negative energy created by killing a few people  would have to be overwritten by creating a greater quantum of positive energy . The soul may choose to become a saint to help several people.

By sacrificing its material desires and rising to a saint-like energy, the soul would come back on its original life plan and its soul frequency would rise to being happy again. However, if the soul  is unable to replace negative karmic debt with positive energy in the same life, it cannot be happy in the same life and would have to re-incarnate.

.

 In the next life-plan, the same soul may choose completely different circumstances which lead it to becoming a saint. The negative energy in the life of the killer is cleared/ washed away, in the life of the saint, and the soul can start the third / next life afresh with no accumulated karmic debt.

 

However, though the karmic debt may get cleared, the original soul lesson would continue to remain if it is not focused upon or remains unlearnt in the life of the saint.

 

For example, when the soul lesson is learning to deal with common people with patience, it is possible that the killer or the saint both fail to use patience while dealing with common people.

As the killer the soul may kill in anger, while as the saint it may walk away for meditation. In regression therapy, we often find people recalling lives as saints and killers but failing to achieve the planned life purposes in either case.

 

The soul faces the same tests again and keeps repeating lives till it learns the soul lessons necessary for evolution. Unlearned soul tests keep coming up though the external circumstances of the soul may appear different in different lives.

 

In the above example of the saint and the killer, the soul lesson would be considered mastered when the soul can deal with common people with patience. The soul has to remain emotionally calm in the same emotional circumstances which had made it a killer in previous lives.

 

By learning its soul lessons with persistence and focus, our soul evolves into becoming more perfect and powerful in the art of creation. That helps us feel emotionally at peace as it improves our ability to mobilize energies as we desire, towards the process of creation.

Side Effects of The Present Education System ( depression ,anger, jealousy, unhappiness, wars)

 

“Education is needed to be peaceful, optimistic and happy. The goal of all education is to help children find happiness in life. Education is not imparted just for being successful or earning money to support responsibilities. Education is given so that children learn to think and reason by using their brains more than their bodies, as distinguished from animals”

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

Education is encouraged in today’s world for as many as can be reached by the literate society but peace and happiness are not as accredited.  If you can afford it, have conducive family circumstances or are supported by the government, you do not opt to not get educated but you often take the choice to remain angry and become violent as education is supposed to get you money and acknowledgement.

 

In today’s world, money is considered as the measure of approval and success even if the process of earning money makes you negative. Anything that is paid for by money is supposed to be considered as motivational by the majority of people who identify happiness with consumable items and aim for satisfaction through buying cars, mobiles, jewels and clothes. However, happiness does not increase by buying products as much as it does not increase by playing with toys as children.

 

The factors which increase inner happiness are sidelined in the race for earning money which creates a society which is constantly complaining of unhappiness, depressions, diseases and misfortunes; only because the focus of thinking is on the negative aspects of evolution and creating short term satisfaction while ignoring the needs for peace and harmony.

 

This lop-sided focus of thinking towards using money as the measure of success arises from childhood, where success is measured by getting marks which gets transferred to earning money in adulthood.

 

There is much less attention given to feeling happy while working in childhood or feeling positive while earning money in adulthood. However, happiness is a result of accumulation of positive feelings which release positive hormones in the body, which, subsequently, create satisfaction in the soul.

 

In contrast with the presumption that accredited success automatically leads to happiness; the feelings of happiness, contentment, joy & excitement which arise during working in any activity are the key ingredients for the continuation of satisfaction after the job is done.

 

The outcome of any activity is felt as positive if the feelings being pursued during the act are more positive than negative, on an average. If, during work, compromise is more than satisfaction, people are bound to feel depressed as negative hormones will increase more than positive hormones in the body.

 

Though there are several good effects of the present education system, there is negligible attention given to creation of positive feelings which would lead to evolution of consciousness towards a more peaceful world. The inadequate method of measurement of happiness by measuring success as good marks is spreading negative thinking by its excessive focus on quantitative development over development of qualitative understanding that overtime, leads to positive thinking in human consciousness.

 

With increasing emptiness in hearts and violence in the world, there is an urgent need to minimize the negativity arising as side effect of the enforcement of education; for accentuating the positive benefits.

 

 

 

Side Effects of the Present Education System

 

The education system of today glorifies success over happiness; leading to a complex situation wherein people try to be successful to be happy; but do not attain the happiness they seek from their efforts through being successful and hence, become disillusioned overtime, leading to increasing depressions and violence in societies.

 

As long as success is pursued blindly by promoting competition in childhood, it justifies increasing of happiness in self by reducing happiness of others; thus justifying corruption and promotion of inequalities amongst adults.

 

Anger and negative feelings amongst those defeated rise and the energy of jealousy/unhappiness spreads, diluting the positive work of the successful, Since all human energy is connected, jealousy, wars and manipulations which ravage the defeated minds, often create more harm than the good effects created by success.

 

However, to understand why success has become important over happiness, we need to understand how education evolved from a need of survival carried over from our animal ancestors.

 

 

 

 

 

Evolution of Education - From Animal Mindset to a Human Mindset

 

 

Education represents the development of human life over animal life, and is the most important factor which distinguishes human beings from animals.

 

 

Animals often feel helpless against circumstances because their brain is less developed, unlike the human brain. Animals cannot grow resources as they live only in the present moment and have no future visions, no ability to abstract words from pictures or analyze in logical or abstract steps. Animals cannot reason about the WHYs or think of the HOWs.  Since, animals cannot read or write or imagine/ co-create abundance, animals have genuine fears of survival.

 

Hence, animals are justified in racing for survival and killing for competition for reasons such as fear, food or self-defense.

 

 

However, human beings are not justified in becoming competitively brutal, racing for money or using violence because their minds have the capacity to create more. Human beings can sustain the body without using rudimentary methods of survival as the animals use.

 

The development of literacy represents the complexifying of human existence over animal existence in all areas of life. Literacy has improved life associated with survival, production of resources, money, counting, exchange of goods and services, creating technology, inventions, and has also, led to increased development of the creative brain in areas other than the concept of surviving in the animal world. The spread of education has facilitated spiritual development of the brain and manifested portals of expression such as painting, dance, music, evolution of relationships, literature, history, geography etc.

 

However, though, education has evolved technology, it has remained primitive by intention and animal-like in its execution. The stress on competition, scarcity consciousness and compromising in fear for survival has had negative effects on general peacefulness in society. The development of literacy has not been not able to neutralize the need to overpower others by increasing optimism, compassion and peacefulness more than the need for negative thinking and helplessness.

 

The present debate is between the opposing thinking patterns of a survival consciousness and an evolutionarily higher abundance consciousness which has a higher positive thought frequency. Positive thinking seeks to spread education such that the negative effects of competition are transcended by a focus on abundance & benefits of human life over animal life with the understanding that animal-like needs of violence and competition are harmful and reduce spread of happiness in human terms.

STEPS OF MEDITATION

 




Meditation Creates Shifts Only When Correct

Meditation can make you positive only if done correctly. If done wrong, it can make you more depressed. The basic principle of meditation is to shift your negative thinking to neutral and then to positive thinking. You need positivity as your lifeforce is an electrical energy of positive frequency, coming from the Creator through Sunlight and it needs to be recharged by deliberate mind control to focus on positive.

FOCUS OF MEDITATION

Meditation is successful when you can shift focus away from all feelings that make your life force energy vibrate negatively and feel positive subconsciously. This usually requires clearing sadness from collective consciousness also wherein past life therapy helps. Focus of meditation needs to be on the third eye or crown chakra to be peaceful intermittently, whether day or afternoon or night, sitting or walking or sleeping.

 

Meditation needs to be taught from school non religiously

Meditation is not a religious activity though it is ingrained in every religion bit it can be taught without using any specific religion, just by focusing on positive energy. Meditation needs to be taught from childhood years so that the mind gets focused on looking upwards than focusing downwards which makes the mind fall in circles of negativity. When you look upwards, you are thoughtless and hence, you are not thinking negative.

 

STEPS OF MEDITATION

1. Choose to look/think away from problems for the duration of meditation as allotted by you .eg.11 minutes. 2.Move your eyes to focus on the top of your head , closed or open ( crown chakra). 3. Shift focus to base of spine for a few seconds or a minute (root chakra) 4. Breathe up from root chakra to crown chakra and further above the head into a visualized light of positivity /higher self /creator. 5.Exhale & breathe back into the heart. Focus on spreading light all over your head.

Benefits Of Meditation

The benefits of this meditation are numerous. It improves immunity , health, intelligence, peacefulness , emotional intelligence., stress over financial problems and relationship problems.

General Awareness- How Past Lives Affect The Present Life

 


Past lives affect any person’s present life through affecting the emotional mind of the person, in a number of ways, some of which are elaborated, with examples, below -

 

1) Past lives influence the person’s impulsive reactions.

 2) The feeling a person dies with is, usually, the pre-dominant negative emotion, which forms the point of dominant emotional focus of the present life of the person. 

3) Past Lives and experiences form the base of values, beliefs and attitudes which we are born with. Our present perception of what life is all about depends on how it has been in our past lives.

4) Negative emotions accumulated through lifetimes cause physical and/or mental diseases in the present life.

5) Our ambitions are usually a carry over from past lives

6) Past lives influence our performance and success in the present life, because they form the basis of our core expectations from ourselves.

7) Past lives influence our relationships

8) Past lives may create addictive behaviors

9) Past lives affect our ability to make free choices in life

To conclude, past lives have a major impact on how we feel and respond in different   life situations.

 

For healing the influence of past lives, other than past life therapy, we also need to be aware of each internal feeling we focus upon. That would help to decode a negative pattern in our internal reactions, which we can subsequently analyze and check. Just by being conscious, we can change our feelings from negative to neutral because usually the present life situations do not call for the extreme impulsive reactions we indulge in due to the subconscious movement of energies within.

 

However, without conscious mind control, the way we internally feel in different situations is usually automatic, as contrasted to being deliberately channelized, and affects our external behavior, without our awareness. The same pattern would continue at an emotional level till we deliberately attempt the art of mastering our consciousness.

a. Where do you live when you die?

 

This excerpt is from my book - IN SEARCH OF HAPPINESS ( how past lives affect the present life ), chapter 12




The concept that we continue to live after we die is not easy to comprehend. But, the fact that memories of past lives exist and working on them has a therapeutically healing effect, by itself , implies that there has to be a space where we live after we die on Earth and before we get reborn again. .This space is called the life-between-life plane. It has also been referred to as the celestial plane, heaven, the white Light, the Other Side etc.

The life-between-life space is considered to be our real home, whereas Earth is like a school where we come to learn some lessons and go back.  It is free of all negativities/ problems which arise due to limitations of time and space on the physical dimension.

Only positive frequencies can be experienced in the celestial plane as it is at a higher dimension. We have bodies as on Earth but they are made of a lighter substance/energy. We are connected with God all the time and we feel whole and loved, not alienated as on Earth, due to an illusion of separation.

In the life-between-life space, we have memories of all our incarnations on Earth and on other planes of the universe. In fact, we make the life plan for the next incarnation after reviewing the plan executed in the previous life. We take up those lessons in the next life which have been left unfinished in previous lives.

Life-between-life sessions are needed to find out conceptual details about the life-plan with the aim of understanding the main purpose of life. They also help to find out which emotional lesson is planned to be learnt when a problem is being encountered.

Thinking is Akin To Breathing - How To Manage Negative Thinking

By being aware of the first negative feeling, you can stop a chain of worries. Subsequently, you can stop a habit of anxiety, stress and related disorders.

However, thinking about worries is a habit of mental craving just as munching extra food or smoking unnecessarily arises out of physical craving. Though you know that eating extra food will create indigestion problems, you keep eating to remove oral craving; similarly, though you know that thinking of extra thoughts can manifest the negative stories in your lives, you cannot stop yourselves from indulging in worries and feeding on extra negative hormones. Physical Energy dips into sickness if you keep allowing your soul frequency to fall due to thinking about feelings of helplessness.

 Traditionally, it was advised to stop thinking completely to avoid feeling sad or anxious.

However, though, it was believed that people would stop feeling sad if they stop focusing on the difficulties happening in their lives by becoming completely thoughtless and detached from emotions; detachment from feeling emotions made humanity more depressed, as a race.

No person can be healthy by acquiring complete thoughtlessness or by ignoring emotions. Most people who choose to ignore emotions acquire chronic depressions or fatal diseases like cancer, due to a continuous secretion of negative hormones in the body released by burying frustrations.

To feel alive, it is necessary to feel happy emotions and reduce focus on negative emotions but you cannot be emotion-less altogether. Soul frequency rises to being more powerful by feeling positive emotions but minimizing worrying by feeling detached from outcomes.

Negative thinking is necessary for evolution of consciousness but excessive focus on the negative emotion amounts to fueling of negative energies which make them destructive. The negative feeling has to be used purely as a tool of reaching a positive outcome.

The negative feeling is necessary because when something is missing, you make an effort to find it. For example, thirst for water has to be felt to drink water. Thirst is a feeling of deprivation. Feeling deprived is a negative feeling which seeks to attain a positive outcome of satiating the thirst by finding and drinking water. If the body did not create a need for water (as happens with special needs children), you would not be aware that you are thirsty and not know what to look for to feel satisfied.

However, When a negative feeling arises, it is necessary to address it in a way which helps you feel satisfied. If you suppress your need without using the emotion to create a positive outcome, the negative emotion keeps troubling you like a virus in a computer. For example, if the body tells you that it needs water and you keep suppressing your thirst, you neglect your connection with your inner voice. If you ignore the body’s demand and do not make effort to find or drink water, the negative feeling will rise by your choice of burying your thirst than addressing it. The negative feeling may then seek inappropriate ways to quench the body’s need. Very often, people over eat and become fat because they do not drink water whenever thirst arises ; or some people become alcoholic or drug addicts to calm their oral craving which rises due to not drinking water in sufficient quantities on time.

The negative feeling goes away when addressed and resolved by paying attention to the deficit rather than burying the frustration as insignificant.  Ignoring negative emotions harms the body as the negative energy rises and creates unnecessary anxiety, sickness or sadness. To be healthy or happy, it helps to increase positive energy flow by focusing on soul and body needs as and when they arise.

Whenever you bury a negative emotion as insignificant, a point of hardening of feeling is created which acts like a stone stuck in a tap of flowing water. This hardened feeling blocks the flow of life force. The sad emotion becomes an unreleased, non-transcended negative thought cluster which solidifies if unaddressed. 

Overtime, this negative feeling attracts more of the same kind as energies of like frequencies are attracted by each other. Hence, problems of similar kind keep getting attracted till the core issue is resolved through evolution of wisdom.

Suppressing a negative emotion without trying to transcend its energy into positive is like hiding the night under a carpet. You can hide the night by switching on light bulbs all around your atmosphere but you would keep needing more fuel to be positive till night transcends into day. Similarly, with patience and peace, negative thinking transcends into positive energy.

Till the negative energy transcends, it has to be allowed to continue existing with awareness and detachment. Acceptance of the negative activates the process of transcending it whereas denial of the negative situation or worrying about the negative energy adds fuel to its hold on the mind.

 

If darkness exists, it cannot be hidden and believed to not exist. The dark has to be converted into light by deliberate choice of the soul to feel internally calm so as to transcend the negative energy into positive energy. Feeling calm activates zero frequencies in the difficult area of life which overtime leads to solutions. Feeling calm also prevents spread of negative energy to other areas of life and helps to be healthy in all facets of life. Focusing on happiness while on a difficult path is like seeking light while going through a dark tunnel. Efforts to stay positive and healthy convert the energy of negative thinking into its opposite energy of happiness over a period of persistent focus on finding the blessing in every difficulty.

 

People do not understand why they need to invest energies on self-hypnosis or systematic meditation when they can just ignore problems by staying thoughtless. However, as discussed above, you cannot keep your mind thoughtless or emotionless because life-force releases through feelings. If you take your body to be a car, staying thoughtless is like being in neutral gear. You cannot move ahead if you hold your car in neutral gear all the time. The car has to either move ahead or backwards. Staying negative amounts to moving backwards or going reverse of where you want to go; whereas focusing on feeling positive means moving forwards. Success for the soul means an ever increasing positive soul frequency viz. a rise in feeling happier, wiser in overcoming difficulties and healthier by choice.

Just staying thoughtless does not resolve suppressed negative emotions. The negative emption has to be confronted as you can erase a problem only after you are aware that the problem exists.  The basic technique of meditation viz. staying thoughtless clears a passage such that the negative emotion can be re-opened and resolved, through using hypnosis.

Clinical hypnosis is subsequently needed to move from a neutral zone of living to finding happiness in the inner being. Healing negative emotions through using clinical hypnosis removes long-term anxieties, unrest and chronic diseases and accelerates the soul’s positive frequencies.

You cannot be happy unless you are healthy.

Staying healthy is synonymous with being happy. Being happy in feeling leads to positive hormones being released in the body consistently which leads to good health in the organs. Being unhappy creates a flow of negative hormones in the body which leads to bad health.

 It helps to cut the wings of a negative thought before the seed becomes a tree.  In the beginning, as during childhood, to stay healthy and happy, it helps to control the rise of negative feelings by stopping formation of chains of negative thinking at the outset.

Principle 1- Your Emotions are Instructions to your Body




The subconscious mind operates on instruction of the conscious mind and the soul. It is the link between the conscious mind and the soul’s intentions. 

Metaphorically, the subconscious mind is like the crew of the ship while the conscious mind is the captain and the soul is the owner of the ship. The soul decides why and where the ship has to go viz.  the destination where the person has to reach. The conscious mind thinks on how to take the ship to where it has to reach and the subconscious mind organizes the functions. The subconscious mind follows the directions of the conscious mind, literally without any questions asked.

The crew of the ship follows the orders of the captain blindly without trying to judge whether he is right or wrong.  Similarly, the subconscious mind follows the feelings focused upon by the conscious mind, as instruction. The subconscious mind produces in the body exactly the feelings which the person focuses on by conscious choice, as physical manifestations, without caring about whether the instructions produce good health or bad health for the person.

The conscious mind remains happy and the body remains healthy if the person follows the chosen priorities as set by the soul. However, the person makes choices in alignment with the soul’s purpose of life, when the body, mind and soul are aligned.

If the soul, body and mind are not aligned; the person feels lost in track, sick and anxious. Non-aligned decision-making is akin to the owner, driver and engine of the car preparing to go in different directions. In ideal conditions as conceived on heaven, the soul makes priorities of life in a life plan designed before incarnation. The mind desires those priorities to be achieved as ambitions in life and the body helps the mind take action to achieve its pre-set priorities. 

On Earth, the ideal conditions get diluted by practical considerations like society’s expectations, parents’ ideologies, school imbibed cult, work demands etc.  which influence adult criterion of conventional success. If the mind gets in the trap of conditioning on Earth and starts taking over ambitions of society or other people as its own, it starts moving away from its own soul destination. Imitation becomes a greater focus than original thinking. The mind of a person who does not follow his own soul plan remains unhappy and anxious as s/he knows inwardly that the path is lost. To move back to being happy, the soul plan has to be followed all over again even if you are far from the planned path. For moving back on the soul plan, the conscious mind has to restart attuning with the subconscious mind. There is a slow, consistent rise in happiness and peace of mind as you move back on the soul path from a far away destination. The feelings of being lost slowly subside and your health improves along with a rise in self-confidence.

However, if anxieties continue, it means that you are not attempting to move back on your soul plan and are still in the trap of negative thinking which rules over mass education on Earth.  

A test of whether you are on the soul plan or not is your feeling of well-being and in good health. If there are depressions and diseases in the body, it means that the soul, mind and body are not aligned and the conscious mind has to become aware of its routine thinking to change its priorities of life again and move back to feeling positive as an inner focus.

For example, if the subconscious mind produces asthma in the body of the person, it is because the conscious mind of the person has chosen an emotional focus which made the subconscious mind to create asthmatic conditions to warn the person that s/he is moving away from the planned destination.

Nobody likes to be sick but you become sick by your own choice because of lack of awareness about emotional and neurological connections. By a choice to feel helpless, you focus on certain sad emotions over others. Sad emotions create negative hormones which lead to diseases in the body.

How we develop diseases by a misguided focus on feeling sad, is explained below:

 

Examples of How Emotions pass instructional data to the subconscious mind:

Each emotion you focus upon passes as instruction to the body through an energy released with the emotion, which creates a hormone discharge. Each time you feel, you release a hormone in the bloodstream. Feelings are as continuous as breathing but the type of hormone released depends on the type of energy focused upon in the feeling.

Diseases manifest when you feel negative in the same way continuously over years by remaining stuck in similar patterns of life situations.

Electric signals to the subconscious mind on how to control your autonomic nervous system are sent continuously through the way of feelings/emotions repeatedly. People who feel nothing remain in the same level of happiness irrespective of success or no success in the external world. Their body is maintained at neutral. Progress of the soul towards a life purpose is recorded when happiness rises and unhappiness falls as that leads to a rising in positive vibrational power of the soul as the co-Creator.

If the person pursues only success or fame, he may compromise on happiness and get more stressed than happy, over a period of time. If the negative frequency of the soul becomes higher than the positive soul frequency, the soul becomes unhappier even if the person feels successful and appreciated in the external world. Such a person starts feeling helpless against circumstances as the power of the soul reduces when positive vibrational frequency falls. Negative focus leads to negative hormones being released on a sustained basis in the body. Manifestation of a negative physical condition happens over years of repeated negative focus. Hence, the physical health of organs reflects the way a person constantly feels in affected parts of life.

This principle when generalized causes fatal diseases. If there is no increase in happiness over a period of time, the soul chooses to leave the body and the body starts decaying into diseases.

For example, if you feel you can move, your subconscious mind sends the necessary blood supply to your legs to move.  Continuing on the same principle, if you feel you cannot move, your subconscious mind blocks the supply of blood to your leg, so that you find it unable to move.

Overtime, if you constantly feel that you are unable to achieve in life what you want to achieve because your circumstances are not allowing you to move as you would want to, you experience leg pain / joint pain/arthritis etc. or you may feel less energetic while doing your daily work.

Similarly, if you constantly feel you cannot speak as freely as you desire to, your subconscious mind would record emotions of suppression/ suffocation. These feelings would create congestion in your chest, leading to asthma/bronchitis/chronic cold.

 

A continuous choice to feel negative releases energy which acts like slow poison for the body. Just as a poisonous acid corrodes a cement bowl overtime, negative thinking corrodes the body organs overtime. According to research, a disease manifests in the body when a person has been focusing on a negative emotion for about seven years.

Each organ of your body has a specific emotional function to play. For example, your hands reflect your confidence in your working abilities, your legs reflect your belief that you can move, and a healthy blood flow represents an unobstructed flow of life-force energy in the body.

So, when you have obstruction or pain in any part of the body, you need to reflect on what function that part of the body is responsible for and how you have been feeling inadequate about your ability to do that function. Obstructions/blocks /pain in the smooth functioning of organs are created by feeling blocked in that specific genre of life. For example, a sudden onset of asthma happens because the respiratory organs weaken overtime due to a focus on feeling trapped within oneself while compromising with social norms.

It is necessary to heal a negative emotional mind set to cure a physical problem for long term. Healing chronic physical problems through accessing the subconscious mind requires past life therapy and spirit release and is beyond the scope of this book. However, to stop a disease from enlarging at the outset, you need to stop the seed of negative thinking from growing bigger by checking your negative feelings with awareness.  

You can remain healthy and happy by choosing to focus on positive feelings whether in imagination or reality. As long as you keep your focus on positive vibrations, positive hormones will keep getting released in your body and improve the health of your organs.

Every person needs to be aware that by shifting his/her inner focus to positive feelings, s/he can heal his body of diseases by a sustained, deliberate release of positive hormones activated in the body.

Life is more a vibrational science than a philosophical debate. Irrespective of ethics or tradition, your subconscious mind will create exactly those symptoms in your body, which you believe to be true at an emotional level. Your physical health in the future will be a reflection of your present mental /emotional problems.

 

Learning task 8 – Find the Connection between an Emotional Problem and a Physical Problem

 

Think of the most prominent emotional problem in your life. Write it down in clear words. Write down the thought/feeling which you constantly focus on involuntarily.

Now, think of the most prominent physical problem in your life. Write that down in clear words, exactly as the symptoms come to your mind (not in medical terms. Don’t use labels - put in words just the exact physical symptom- i.e., the changes you experienced in your body).

There will be a connection between the two. Keep writing down the symptoms of both in detail till your energy connectivity awareness starts opening up.  You will realize that what you feel emotionally is manifesting physically.

Clues: –

Asthma:

 Physical Problem – “I cannot breathe freely. I feel breathless and tired. I am unable to work hard’’

Emotional Problem – “I cannot express myself freely. I am unable to change the situation because I cannot speak out freely. “

Energy connection – “I am unable to express freely (breath or words)

This connection has been derived through researching self and several clients who have been cured of diseases through energy healing therapies. This interpretation may take some practice on your part.

 However, as a beginner, you can find the link between your emotional mind-set and your physical problems, by focusing on the similarity of energies underlying the surface problem and your emotional status.

The following details clarify further, as explained: - In asthma, the physical problem is a difficulty in staying alive because of difficulties in breathing. Breathlessness leads to difficulty in expression, speaking and movement, accompanied by a feeling of tiredness in the body.

The usual thought patterns of people who have asthma are –‘I cannot express myself freely due to difficult life circumstances/ I feel exhausted with life. I cannot struggle anymore/ I need rest / I need my own space to be/ I wish I could die than cope up.”

Since the person constantly feels restricted in expression and has a desire to escape, rather than fight to live with respect, the same feeling gets transferred to the body. First, the organ for expression, viz. the throat gets congested. Secondly, the breathing ability gets impaired.

Breathing gets affected because if you cannot breathe freely, you give yourself space to rest and recover. A lack of breath is felt as momentary death by the body. For the eternal soul, death is a space to break routine and have space to rest, heal and recover its original strengths. So, metaphorically, when you keep passing on a desire to escape, by feeling sad, the major problems you face are in breathing, as you are forced to rest if you cannot breathe. As an asthma patient, you feel pressured by demands of others. You allow yourself to rest only when your life feels threatened. Subconsciously, you allow your life to feel threatened so that you get space to rest and other people do not complain that you are not performing...

If you have awareness of emotional management, you would use meditation techniques to free yourself from the negative chains of life than allow a life-threatening disease to take over.

Preventing negative feelings from rising from the outset by focusing on inner space, helps in maintaining good health, which is necessary to stay happy. If you stay unhealthy, you are not happy. If you think you are happy but are not in good health, you may be falling into a trap of disillusioning yourself into believing you are happy while compromising with negative situations; because you are letting traditions or some dominating forces to rule over your individual sensibilities.

 

Every physical problem begins with a negative focus in the mind which starts as a seed but grows big due to lack of awareness to control it from the beginning, by shifting energy focus on the positive aspects of life...

As in asthma, a similar connection can be found between other organs of the body and the emotional problems we face.

For example, constipation is created by an inability to release trauma of the past. The soul carries over trauma from past lives and it gets aggravated by the subconscious habit of holding onto sadness in the present life. The person who has constipation also has a habit of brooding about the past... The emotional trauma has to be understood and the person consoled with positive energies for the problem to heal. A focus on understanding energies leads to unearthing of memories suppressed by the rational mind
