Say Thank You God, and love your life

God helps us stay healthy and happy,
When we open our energies and receive God’s love without doubts,
The more we complain, the worse our life becomes
Because God is a positive energy and resonates with happiness,
Existing happiness supports everything coming with greater positivity
Soul frequency rises each time the person uses conscious mind control to deliberately stay focused on positive or neutral feelings, and deliberately rejects the negative as transitory or insignificant.
We are essentially souls in human bodies. The body I like a car where the soul is the driver.
The health of the body depends on how well maintained the driver keeps the car. However, the driver is not the car. If the driver neglects his own self and maintains a car, then he becomes unhappy.
Similarly, the soul is not the body. The body is a tool the soul uses to create reality as it desires. The body is like a bulb where the soul is the filament of the bulb. The filament cannot radiate light unless there is the glass wall of the bulb. Similarly, the soul cannot radiate its energy unless there is a body to execute its functions.
The body is connected to the soul through several energy circuits at an invisible level. In physical terms, they exist as neuro-transmitters or neuro pathways which connect the mind, body, organs and soul.
The soul by itself is an energy flame. It cannot hear, see, touch, taste or smell by itself. It can only feel energies. The body’s sense organs are needed to help the soul perceive reality in the external world. When we touch something or see, hear, taste or smell, electric impulses are produced in the brain. These electric impulses create feelings in the body. Feelings release hormones in the physical body and en=m=negative and positive energy for the soul. The soul, only perceives feelings.
If we feel happy through an experience, positive feelings are released. Positive feelings generate positive hormone sin the body. Positive hormones lead to good functioning of organs, good health and happy mind.
We can only feel positive when we feel connected with god because God , is the SOURCE of positive energy. Life force energy comes from God. Life force energy is always positive. When we feel positive, it means that we are connecting to God’s life force and taking in energy from God. As long as we can feel positive, we stay connected to the life force supply from god. The moment we become negative, we lose that connection.
Negative energy acts as a block or vacuum space which prevents positive life force from moving. Negative energy means absence of positive energy. By itself, the negative does not exist. Only positive exists. But , here positive does not exist, absence of positive exists, which is called negative.
For example, we have hopes of a happy life . That is flow of positive life force of creation. However when we have absence of hope, we have doubts. That is absence of positive life force of creation.
When absence of faith is greater than faith, doubts rule over hope. Where complains are greater than gratitude, negative energy rules. So, feeling negative means that we disconnect from the positively flowing life force of God.
Health and happiness come from being one with God because health and happiness are both positively flowing energies. Anything positive comes from the positive frequency of the Creator. Feeling positive means being one with the Creator.
We can claim to have faith, pray to God the whole day , preach and talk religious but if we feel negative, it means that we are disconnected with God.
When we feel negative, negative hormones flow in the body. The organs get damaged by a continuous release of negative stress hormones. Supply of positive nutrients to vital organs is blocked due to excess of negative energy in the body. As a result, we feel sick, diseased , have constant complaints and usually resort to medicines or surgeries but they don’t help us feel happy. If one disease stops, another gets created as long as the patient’s flow remains negative.
It becomes a vicious circle of staying negative and staying diseased, anxious and tired. When we feel happy on the other hand, we feel alive with life, joyous, hopeful and passionate. There is an intermediate state in between being negative or positive. That is the state of the Buddhist where the mind is detached and calm, neither happy nor sad. That neutral or detached state of existence is necessary to move from a negative, sick life to a happy, healthy life.

An excerpt from chapter 7 –
Negative hormones are harmful for the body because negative energy creates blocks in the flow of positive life-force energy. Stress, created by the negative hormones, prevents the organs from functioning optimally. An excessive discharge of stress hormones leads to negative energy accumulation in the body. These negative energy clusters in the organs block the flow of positive hormones to the organs, leading to disease or malfunctioning of the organs.
Depending on the specific nature of the feelings being focused upon, some organs are affected more than others.
This happens because each organ has a function, and each feeling is connected to a function of the body. The stress hormones get pulled by that organ, whose function we focus upon negatively.
For example, if we focus on the feeling of being restricted by our circumstances, the organ responsible for movement would get affected. Explaining in simplified terms, a focus on the feeling of being restricted may lead to a consistent supply of negative hormones to the joints in the body, since the joints of legs and arms facilitate smooth movement. A repeated or consistent focus on the negative feeling may cause the person to develop arthritis over a period of time.
On an average, it has been found that it takes about seven years of consistent focus before a thought gets converted into a disease. Each time we think about situations which make us feel negative in the present or have made us feel negative in the past, we release negative hormones into the bloodstream.
If we try to ignore the situation by suppressing it, we still, release negative hormones in the body because even if we try not to think about it, we still feel unhappy about it and it is only feelings which matter at the energy transmission level.
As has been explained earlier, negative feelings keep arising because the soul plans to learn some lessons from them. The positive intention of the subconscious mind, behind bringing up past negative experiences is to help us focus on how we can change our direction of thinking or improve our skills so that the negative does not hurt us anymore.
Each time we find unwanted, hurtful memories coming up, we need to choose not to suppress them but work on them to heal ourselves from their negative impact.
To prevent these memories from repeatedly causing release of negative hormones in our bodies, we have to let go of the negative feelings or energies accompanying them and only focus on the soul lessons those encounters helped us learn. Instead of brooding and taking those memories back in, we need to exhale huge sighs of relief that those moments are gone and would not be repeated if we are careful not to recreate them with our focus.
It is not easy to let go of negative memories or break existing negative energy clusters in the body and in the subconscious mind. Other than medical intervention which becomes necessary to break existing negative accumulations in the body, several therapeutic techniques may be needed so that new accumulations are not continually rebuilt due to a negative emotional focus.
Some of these techniques like past life therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, developing states of thoughtlessness, energy healing etc., help to let go; but the important factor in all this is our conscious choosing to let go.
Each time we choose to let go, we change our perceptions of how reality should be and allow ourselves to create a new definition of happiness. But if we do not make a conscious choice to stop focusing on the negative, each time we manifest a chronic disease, we need to be aware that we have created it by a consistent negative focus, on that particular feeling over several years.
