We pray to God because we believe that there is a force which is helping us beyond Earth. Some of us stop believing when we do not receive help even after we pray. Such people may continue to pretend to pray, do all rituals correctly and quote God in preaching sanctity, but they cannot surrender as they have no inner belief in God.People who become negative about God start living life a s a existential chore. The joys of life do not affect them as much as the sorrows do. They feel helpless in the hands of destiny, blaming the world and God for their unhappiness. They no longer feel positively powerful as souls or co-creators of happiness.
People who truly love God align with God's thinking. Their belief in happiness remains the driving force in their life..They take responsibility for everything that happens in their lives to make it happier. They learn from mistakes and stop repeating them. Their life, health and happiness improves with time . Such people become advanced souls as they allow soul evolution to be a priority. They spread peace and happiness with their being around, as their own happiness and peace radiate life force.
People who truly receive help by praying , are those who can surrender their own values, beliefs of how life should be in order to be happy in alignment with the will of God. Sacrifice and surrender are required to release negative beleifs of what constitutes unhappiness and embrace happiness as the Higher Force of God views it.
Metaphorically, if we take the human soul to be a tiny fragment of God, then God is the Higher Power guiding the soul. The soul is like a cell where God is like the body. The divisions of Gods are like different organs of the body. Each God represents a unique aspect of the thinking of God but they all merge in the ONENESS of God as a whole.
Similarly , if we take the human being to be a calculator. God is like a super computer and different religions or Gods represent different parts of the ONE God, as computers connected to the super computer by a LAN network.
To connect to the super computer , each soul has to tune its frequency to God's frequency by integrating with the thinking of Oneness.
The absolute truth about God can be understood only by understanding the energy equations of the universe. Our soul is the life force energy which gives life to our body. Each soul is an energy of a unique frequency. The more advanced the soul, the more positive is its energy frequency.
In energy terms, God represents an energy of a very high positive frequency. Each different God represents positive energies of different colours or frequencies. All Gods integrate into ONENESS as all colours integrate as white light.
To be able to connect to God, we have to make our energy positive. We cannot be sad and receive blessings of God. We have to believe completely and have total positive faith to receive the energies of God, as like energies get attracted by each other.
The LAW OF CREATION of energy manifestation states that , as souls, we co-create with God. We create all that in our life which we focus intensely upon. If we fear more, we create problems and of we feel happiness more, we multiply our positivity with time.
If we are negative and God positive , our energy cannot absorb the energy of God as there is a mismatch of energy frequency.

When we pray to God, we need to realize that God is a superior life force. The life force frequency of God’s energy is far above ours. We cannot be as high a frequency as our Higher Self or as God in a human body, because the human body is dense.
During the course of soul evolution, the free spirit gets attached to the identity of the body, and becomes the soul of the body. Our free spirit self is of a higher positive frequency than a soul in a human body. The spirit enters the physical body as being in the physical dimension helps the soul evolve. The whole process of creation is about learning how to channelize physical energies in alignment with the will of the Creator.
The soul seeks to convert the energy radiating from negative experiences in the physical dimension, into the positive frequency of happiness of the spirit dimension.
Each soul participates in the process of creation through using the human body as a transmission channel, between the physical and non-physical composites of energy.
The soul evolves by learning how to control the physical matter in alignment with its thoughts.
However, our spirit has to lower its frequency to enter a physical human body and stay held in it. Hence, sometimes, the free spirit feels like it has been trapped in four walls within the body. Inside the human body, the spirit cannot directly connect to The Creator as it can in a free spirit form. Hence, it feels non-aligned with the Creator and alone in its pursuit of happiness.
But, if we allow ourselves to become negative, we lose touch with the positive frequency of God. Energies of unlike frequencies cannot connect with each other. Just as water and stone cannot become one, a negative soul and God’s positive energy cannot connect at one wavelength.
There are so many differences in thinking between the negative soul and God’s soul energy, that the negative soul cannot receive the help of God, however much he prays, until he changes his core thinking to some positive degree. There has to be an opening in the soul energy for positive energy from God to flow in.
To create the opening for God’s energy, the soul has to change its internal energy frequency to positive, by redefining happiness through investing on learning to evolve its consciousness. The energy frequency of the soul can change only when his or her negative thinking converts into positive by him choosing to use all means to keep alive his/her faith in happiness.
Using abstract imagination helps to connect with God more easily than using a physical medium like prayers. The idea of praying is to use a tangible medium of imagination so that we feel connected to God and hence supported. However, God is an energy of non physical dimension and hence, can be accessed more easily if we abstract ourselves from our body; and feel ourselves as formless soul energies merging with the energy frequency of God.
Abstraction is the process by which we can dissolve our body in imagination, and feel ourselves, as formless, unbound, free spirits. Abstraction is the same process of abstract thinking by which language development took place in human beings. It is the ability to think beyond form. Abstract thinking is part of a human evolution above being animalistic.
While animals cannot use abstract thinking to convert objects into symbols or memories, human beings can recall objects and events by using abstraction. Hence, they can hold pictures in mind and associate those pictures with words. For example, when we say APPLE, we have a picture or a feel of apple in our mind. Being able to say APPLE and associate the word meaningfully with the object it symbolizes, is the use of abstract thinking.
Due to the coming of the New Age, human thinking is supposed to develop to a higher level of Abstraction, where we can convert feelings into forms. To move up to a higher grade of soul evolution and a higher degree of happiness, we need to learn how to use abstract imagination to hold feelings in form, as much as we use symbolization to convert objects into words, mentally.
Happiness is an energy of a positive dimension. Being happy is an energy experience which is essentially achieved by leaving a dimension of staying negative and rising to a higher dimension of positive energy by using abstraction or mental imagination as a tool of focus.

Hence , to be happy, instead of just focusing on taking action in the material world, staying stressed and then praying for peace; we need to focus on integrating our energies with the positive thinking of God.
Prayers are metaphoric ways to reach God. Instead of just saying words of prayer, chanting or reading religious text, we need to focus on the energies they create within us. The symbols and words have vibrations attached, abstracting which can make us feel aligned with God’s frequencies.
While praying, we need to use abstract imagination and imbibe energy from the words written or heard, so that they create positive vibes in our body. We also need to feel the light of God in the centre of our being when we light a candle. It is only when we integrate our soul energy with the high positive frequency of the light of The Creator that we can rise above our problems.
However, to allow ourselves to feel positive, we have to stop feeling negative during the moments of prayer. The energies we focus on multiply by laws of Creation on Earth. If we pray in fear or in a negative mode, we would only increase the negativity in our lives as energies multiply with focus. Even if we can create some miracles by focusing upon them, new problems would dilute their effect, till our overall energy frequency can be positive.
We have to feel good while praying to create the energy focus necessary to attract the support we need to attain our life purpose. Therefore, we have to believe in abstract thinking that we are loved and supported by God, even though we cannot touch or see God; to be able to receive that support.
If we feel frozen like ice, due to accumulated negativity we need to melt our energies, so that God’s ever flowing, energy shower of blessings, can merge in our frequency. The negativity makes us rigid in energy of thoughts which freezes our ability to receive positive life force or love from God. We get caught in a vicious circle of negativity by losing faith in a happy life but we are not aware that the fault of creating an unhappy life is our own negative energy focus, not God’s. We create with our own power of spirit on Earth as co-creators or parts of God.
Dissolving form, feeling the soul
The main idea behind using abstraction is to feel our soul energy as separate from the form of the body. That would help us realize that we are not rigid, solid beings and that our body is moldable as energy is. It also helps us connect to God as we feel our soul connection strongly by abstracting away the walls of the body.
- Feel yourself in the clouds.
- Start flying in the clouds like a bird with wings.
- Then, slowly imagine as if you are flying into the SUN or a ball of light.
- Become one with the SUN’s energy. Become that Ball of Light.
- You may feel yourself as a small particle of light, going into a ball of white light and becoming one with its energy. That, in effect, is the soul merging with the light of its Higher Self.
- It makes us realize that when we die and become the spirit, we would go up the same way and merge with our Higher Self.
- While merging, maybe parts of you would not be able to go in the light. Go as much as you can. The more you can detach from the body, the more you are able to abstract yourself from your body, the more you would be able to go and merge in the pure energy.
- Feel relaxed as you become that ball or ring of light.
- Feel yourself revolving and flying.
- Feel rays of light spreading out from the centre of your being. Feel lighted up.
- Then, thank the God you believe in.
- You can chant a prayer.
- You can also merge in the body of the God. However, when you merge in the form of the God you visualize, imagine God as a positive presence.
- Feel happy and smile as you merge into God. feel power and freedom expanding from your core.
- Do not merge into an image like Christ being crucified because you would attract the feeling of pain, surrender and helplessness which that image conveys.
- Instead, if you desire to merge into an image of God like Jesus Christ, imagine him holding the Cross in his hand, as after the resurrection. Imagine him smiling, powerful and lighted up.
- The more you can imagine The God you believe in appearing as lighted up, and glowing with happiness, the more you would feel happy by following the principles of God.
