Imagination vs. Reality: Life Is an Illusion—A Play of Imagined Energies Manifested Over Lifetime

Not every imagination or worrying thought converts to reality given the play of your circumstances, life plan, birth chart, birth disorders, overcoming powers etc. but about eighty percent thinking of hope or worry can manifest & change your timelines through vibrational energy circulation.

For the subconscious mind—which is the soul’s mechanism for mobilizing energy for the purpose of creation—there is no difference between imagination and reality. Brain wave patterns remain the same whether an activity is performed physically or imagined vividly. This insight is critical for developing mind control, emotional regulation, and effective manifestation.

🔬 A Simple Experiment to Demonstrate the Power of Imagination

The following practical experiment proves how imagination activates the same neural circuits as real experience:

  1. Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the ground and your palms resting on your knees.

  2. Slowly raise your right or left arm from the elbow.

  3. Watch your arm rise, stopping just below your ear.

  4. Lower the arm slowly, watching it descend back to the knee.

  5. Repeat this once more, carefully observing the movement.

  6. Now imagine the same arm movement without physically moving it. In your mind, visualize the arm rising and watch it as vividly as you did in reality.

  7. Observe the imagined arm lowering back in the same slow motion.

  8. Repeat the imagined motion once again.

💡 Observation: The same neural circuits are triggered in both real and imagined movement. Brain impulses behave similarly in both scenarios. This is because the mind processes emotional and sensory stimuli through electrical impulses—regardless of their physical or mental source.

🧠 Why This Matters: The Subconscious Cannot Tell the Difference

As the experiment shows, when imagination is vivid and involves the senses, the brain records it just like a real experience. For the soul-mind, which responds to emotional vibrations, both realities are equally valid if they generate the same emotional intensity.

  • If we imagine joy, peace, or success, and feel it as deeply as in real life, those emotional patterns become embedded in our energy body.

  • Conversely, focusing on fear, pain, or helplessness, even through memory or empathy, reactivates and records those patterns too.

Controlling Present Reality by Choosing Mental Focus

If your current reality feels negative, you can interrupt the transmission of negative energy to the subconscious mind by:

  • Entering a thoughtless, meditative state, or

  • Practicing positive, believable daydreaming with strong emotional engagement.

  • Repetitive imagination works better if you want to change the physical reality eg. Energy cord cutting over six months can get an easier divorce . It can be tried if the partner is too harrassing . One cord cutting will not not get a divorce  . It will reduce anxiety only.

You have to thinking positive to be happy and it has a neuro-circuitry. Every thought you think with a feeling will move into your neuro-pathways as feeling is the electricity in motion ( it has an electric surcharge of positive . Neutral or negative frequency).

By feeling positive deliberately, you consciously send positive electric signals in your neuro pathways. Repeating this way, you change the frequency of impulses reaching the subconscious from negative to neutral or positive, helping prevent the recreation of negative experiences in the future.

🔁 The Law of Repetition and Emotional Creation

The emotional frequency we repeatedly focus on gets reinforced and shows up again in our lives. This is the Law of Repetition. So if we stop reacting emotionally to painful present moments and instead choose to feel what we want to manifest, we begin to map our future accordingly.

But remember:

  • Focus is naturally stronger when the physical body is involved.

  • Imagined experiences may require greater mental discipline to achieve the same intensity.

  • For example, physical pain feels sharper than recalled pain, and imagined exercise feels less exhausting than real exertion.

  • In a matrix of thoughts ( among rivals), your imagination can be counteracted by another 's imagination and the strongest imagination will win. People use paranormal activity to make their imagination stronger and harm others. But if the other person has high focus and strong meditative abilities, he can counteract the thoughts of misfortune coming in his mind by thinking positive thoughts with feeling vibrationally strong himself . This process takes life force energy and you may sleep more if you are manifesting reality with imagination .

🌌 Mind Control Through Imagination: Real Life Applications

Even if imagined experiences don’t reach the full intensity of real ones, they still activate energies toward physical creation. Techniques like:

Positive Affirmations

  • Self Healing practices

  • Athletes mentally rehearsing peak performance,
    all rely on this principle.

And more importantly, everyday thinking affects future by vibrational energy transfer .

When emotional energy is channeled into imagination with full involvement, it mobilizes creative forces. That's why intense empathy, too, can lead us to recreate others’ experiences in our own lives—such as taking on their pain or joy energetically.

🧭 Conclusion: Be Mindful of What You Think or Imagine

Your thinking or imagination is not just fantasy—it is a rehearsal for reality. Every emotionally-charged vision you entertain becomes a possibility stored in your subconscious mind, waiting for repetition and manifestation.

If you consciously choose your inner focus, your future can be a creation of your soul’s intent rather than a reaction to external chaos.

Telepathy: The Silent Art of Mind-to-Mind Communication

Have you ever experienced a moment when someone replied to your thoughts—without you ever speaking them? Or sensed that a person was thinking of you, even when they were far away? These moments are not mere coincidences. They are subtle reminders of a natural ability we all possess—telepathy.

Communicating Without Words

Chapter 16 of Redefining Happiness explores how we often "talk to others" without opening our mouths. This form of connection is silent, subtle, and vibrational. In truth, thoughts are energy, and every time we think with focused emotion, especially calmness or clarity, that energy travels outward like a signal being broadcast.

When someone is thinking about or mentally attuned to us, they often pick up these silent messages. They may agree or disagree and it may or may not lead to a physical confrontation. Sometimes, people can just read energies from.dar and do not need to physically communicate unless there is a karmic calling where they can invest money or time willingly .

What Is Telepathy, Really?

Telepathy is not mystical—it’s energetic alignment. When you think of someone with calm, neutral attention and a sincere intention—such as asking “What is your opinion on this topic?”—that thought can reach them. Just as radios tune into specific frequencies, minds can tune into the emotional and cognitive signals of others. You can receive answers as electric signals or feelings of frequency, negative, neutral or positive.

Key truths from this perspective:

  • Calmness strengthens the signal. Emotional neutrality (not urgency or drama) allows for clearer mental messaging.
  • Intent directs the message. When you focus your thoughts intentionally—whether asking a question or sending clarity—they become more coherent.
  • Proximity is irrelevant. Thought energy travels beyond physical distance.

Real Examples of Thought Communication

Many people report sensing peace after mentally resolving a conflict or receiving a sudden insight that seemed to come from someone they hadn't spoken to in years. In therapeutic settings, silent inner conversations with absent individuals—whether deceased parents or estranged friends—often lead to personal breakthroughs.

This is telepathic communication in real life. It is how the mind and energy field continue to relate even when direct interaction is blocked.

How to Practice Thought-Based Communication

You  need training , practice—with presence and purpose.

  1. Sit quietly. Allow your thoughts to settle.
  2. Visualize the person. Gently bring them to mind.
  3. Form a mental question. For instance, “What is your opinion on this topic?”
  4. Feel calm and centered. Emotional turbulence disrupts clarity; calm enhances reception.
  5. Release the thought. Trust it has been sent, without expecting confirmation.
  6. Get an answer as a feeling. You can ask the person the answer in real . It matches in feeling to the answer received in the mind.

A New Way to Understand Connection

Telepathy is not about reading minds—it’s about sending intention through thought. The more we become conscious of your internal dialogue and energy flow, the more you realize that communication happens on many levels—not just through speech.

Next time you're unable to speak to someone, remember: a calm thought with clear intention can still reach them. The energy of communication never really stops—it simply changes form.

This practice can reduce arguments or make you ready for the situation which you may disagree with otherwise. Another person who is informed mentally can also be prepared for an agreement or a disagreement in public. Reactions reduce to less impulsive and less negative . In case of agreement, reactions become more impulsive and desirable.

Wars can be prevented if there are people trained in telepathy . You have to first get the answer in the mind and then ask in real . Overtime, you will be able to gauge reactions and plan accordingly for the good of all.

A New Way to Understand Connection

Telepathy is not about reading minds—it’s about sending calm, intentional thought energy. But like any meaningful skill, it requires practice, patience, and emotional discipline.

To communicate authentically without words:

You must quiet your mental noise.

You must send messages with clarity, not confusion.

And you must remain neutral, not desperate, in expectation.

The more consistently you practice, the more you’ll notice moments of spontaneous alignment—insights, emotional shifts, or intuitive knowing that tell you: your message was received.

So the next time you're unable to speak to someone, pause. Breathe. Focus your mind. And try asking, silently:

“What is your opinion on this topic?”

With calm presence and training, the mind can reach where words cannot.

Neuroscience and Behaviour: How Your Brain Chemistry Shapes Your Life

Neuroscience—the science of the brain and its complex pathways—is no longer just about understanding brain injuries or diseases. It is fast emerging as the key to decoding human happiness, motivation, decision-making, and emotional health. Every thought you think, every emotion you feel, and every choice you make triggers the release of neurochemicals that directly influence your physical health and mental well-being.

What is Neuroscience?

At its core, neuroscience is the study of the brain and nervous system. It examines how neural activity translates into behavior, emotions, and bodily functions. It also explores how the release of neurotransmitters—the brain’s chemical messengers—affects our daily lives.

Every time you experience joy, stress, excitement, or anxiety, your brain responds by releasing specific chemicals. These include:

  • Dopamine – motivation and reward
  • Serotonin – mood and happiness
  • Oxytocin – love and bonding
  • Endorphins – pleasure and pain relief
  • Cortisol – stress response

The Brain-Heart Conflict

Each time a thought with emotion is passed from
The conscious mind t, it has a positive , negative or neutral unit of vibrational frequency of electricity released by the emotional energy underlying the thought . Thoughts which have no emotion are not passed into the nervous system and have no impact on health of the body . However, thoughts which carry emotions or feelings can have negative or positive charge and release negative or positive hormones in the body which affects health of the organs which correspond to the function entailed in the emotion .

Modern neuroscience reveals a critical conflict between the analytical mind and the intuitive heart. While the brain calculates, analyzes, and reacts with speed, the heart feels, loves, and operates on emotional intelligence. However, the brain’s hyperactivity—especially under stress—can overpower the calm rhythms of the heart.

To manage this overload, heart health specialists recommend methods to reduce cardiac exertion, such as using antioxidants to regulate overactive heartbeats etc.. However, the real preventive medicine lies in emotional self-regulation—keeping stress hormones like cortisol in check while thinking.

Thoughts which focus on not moving ahead in life can create arthritis or any leg or arm pain as these thoughts entail curating of movement . You may blame your circumstances for the lack of movement in your life but the repetitive focus on the emotion causes problems in the organ associated with the emotion . Changing your instructions yo the body by removing your negative perspective or using it as feedback to move ahead mentally or in evolution would help free your organ of feeling chained or nailed by blocking energies . Usually, this kind of detailed analysis requires therapy and guidance but you can start focusing on positive emotions deliberately to start freeing yourself from diseases or mental health problems .  Each thought you think with a feeling passes as an instruction from the conscious to the subconscious mind . Hence, the words underlying your thoughts have to be controlled to release feelings which are neutral or positive as negativity is naturally created by interaction of energies but positivity or neutrality requires human effort to think with calmness and uplifting energies . Controlling thought is like moving up a mountain and falling in circumstances is like falling down a slide. Negativity is much easier to create than positivity . Hence, making choices to think positive , feel good and regulate the heart the stay away from stress is essential for happiness, positive outcomes  and good health .

Healing the Heart, Then the Brain

Once heart function is stabilized, the next battleground is the brain under emotional pressure. A brain flooded with cortisol may become reactive, impulsive, and drained. The antidote lies in consciously fostering a mental environment that releases more of the “happy hormones”—dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins.

This is where emotional awareness and mental discipline become vital.

Internal Dominant Focus (IDF): Your Emotional Compass

The concept of Internal Dominant Focus (IDF) helps individuals assess whether they are primarily focused on positivity or stress. It is easy to detect:

  • If your inner self feels calm, authentic, and uplifted, your IDF is likely positive.
  • If you feel tense, irritable, or drained despite outward attempts at cheerfulness, your IDF is likely negative.

In such cases, detachment is the first step—emotionally stepping back from the situation before transitioning into true positivity. This is a step-by-step process that rewires neural circuits over time, supported by the science of neuroplasticity.

Positivity vs. Mindfulness: What Impacts Happiness More?

In a recent statistical study conducted by the author (Swati Rao Shiv), striking results emerged about what truly enhances human happiness:

  • A 1-unit increase in positivity led to a 51% rise in happiness.
  • A 1-unit increase in mindfulness resulted in a 19% increase in happiness.
  • Comparatively, even a 1-unit increase in income showed only a 17% increase in happiness, regardless of whether the income was low, medium, or high.

These results emphasize that mental orientation—particularly toward positive thoughts and emotional awareness—has a far stronger impact on happiness than financial gains.

Future Directions: Connecting Thoughts to Chemicals

What lies ahead for neuroscience is not just recovery after disease—but preventive emotional medicine. There’s an urgent need to help people become aware of how their thoughts influence neurochemical patterns, and how small changes in thinking can significantly improve well-being and even increase lifespan by up to 50%.

By learning to rewire our brains through intentional focus on positive emotions, mindfulness, and self-regulation, we can reclaim control over our health and happiness—starting now, from within.
