Marriage is a major emotional lesson, teaching maturity, yet an immature partner can make the mature one feel undervalued. The pressure to conform to a spouse ‘s expectations can suppress individuality and personal growth.

Weddings demand significant financial investment, which could be better spent on health, education, or career development, providing deeper fulfillment. Disagreements over finances can also cause lasting stress, leading to resentment and instability.

Many women dedicate themselves to unpaid domestic labor, often feeling unappreciated, which can result in frustration, anger, and health issues. Conversely, men frequently bear financial burdens, leading to exhaustion and overlooked personal needs.

Marriage can restrict independent movement, making individuals feel suffocated. This lack of autonomy often results in deep dissatisfaction, sometimes culminating in severe health conditions or divorce.
