Positive energy increases in
the self by a focus on positive vibrations radiated through feeling positive
about self and circumstances by a choice to ignore/detach from negative.
Health and happiness improve by
a focus on positive feelings. Positive feelings ensure that the positive energy
mobilized by the soul as the co-creator is greater than the negative energy
created in the body.
A focus on negative feelings creates diseases
in the self and anxiety outside the self, whereas a focus on positive feelings heals
diseases in the self, overtime while reducing anxiety around.
All activities that a body is
involved in, create negative or positive feelings in the body be it making a
painting, conducting a business meeting, washing vessels, taking a bath or
meditating. Every activity releases some creative energy from the perspective
of the soul as every action creates a positive or negative feeling in the body
and hence, positive or negative energy for the soul. If positive feelings
dominate, your life moves to a higher quality of peacefulness, good health and
happiness whereas if negative feelings dominate, you feel more helpless and
victimized over a period of time.
Each thought or activity has
some side-effects and some elements of sadness or sacrifice be it creating a
film or creating a life. Effort is meaningful if the positive feelings created
are greater than the negative residue of work done. Positive energy is higher
when inner automatic focus is more on satisfaction, peace and happiness than on restlessness, complaining, exhaustion and diseases.
There are specific tools of
being positive which recharge your soul on a daily basis. The soul rejuvenates
from tiredness when you show how much good it has created above that which it
lost.
It always helps to count ten
blessings in life every day in your body, in your circumstances and in the
world around you. After counting the
blessings, imbibe the feelings inside you and let the positivity rise in self
by maintaining a positive state of mind for ten minutes, while deliberately
ignoring the negative. It is necessary to defocus away from Sadness in personal
life and in the lives of others. Worrying about other people’s sadness does not
reduce sadness in their life but increases the negative energy mobilization in
their life and in your own life. When you ignore the negative, you minimize its
impact on your vibrations while if you focus on the positive blessings, you
accelerate the positive energy in your life and in the lives of all those who
affect your own vibrations.
After counting ten blessings,
SMILE for ten minutes while staying thoughtless and thank God. Each time we
thank God, we feel internally successful as co-creators and connect to a positive
stream of high vibrational energy.
To
stay happy as a vibrational focus, we need to focus on doing what we like,
staying peaceful and excited about things we are passionate about , be
detached while doing chores which are
necessary for structural maintenance and letting go of all worries which make
us negative in the present. For example, if you are a teacher, you would feel
passionate about teaching a subject and less passionate about correcting notebooks
but if you stay detached while doing the routine work, your overall peacefulness
would rise; however, if you complain more than stay happy about the work you
choose to do, you either need to rethink about your profession or choose to
focus on being positive through using meditation.
Be aware that everything
cannot be achieved in one life-time. If you have desires which could not be achieved
in the present life, stay optimistic that the energies would manifest over
lifetimes in a way which is for the highest good of all concerned. Some desires
are carried over from past lives and planned over several life-times. Eg. Invention
of the aero planes took four hundred years. Similarly, desires which aim at
uplifting consciousness of the world require research over several eras of existence.
To be healthy and happy, it
is essential to stop worrying about what is not being achieved and instead,
deliberately shift your inner thoughts on being in vibrations which make you feel
confident, healthy and happy while being alive. Being positive is necessary for
evolution of the soul, even if it means letting go of all conventional
priorities of existing mass consciousness. Consciousness evolves overtime and
patience is critical. Whatever is not achieved in this life can be achieved in
the next life as feelings multiply with focus. A persistent focus manifests
when you least expect it to , even after you may have decided that it is not
worth investing your energy… That is because a detached, neutral frequency
leads to the upliftment of a previously focused negative vibration to a zero
state which clears the passage for a plus/positive state to manifest.
We can be happy only by
focusing on the positive aspects of life, as a deliberate attempt. Worrying is
easy compared to positive thinking as energy current drifts downward
automatically. Remaining sad and finding faults in life becomes a habit of the
mind. Sadness, brooding and staying upset releases negative hormones in the
body which multiply energy cycles on a continual basis.
To be positive is like
climbing uphill, and moving with the winds against gravity . As we evolve from reptile like humans in
consciousness to bird like humans, we move towards being more happy, by choice.
We fly in happiness in our minds and thus raise our positive vibrational
frequency or speed of soul vibration.
By focusing on the positive
deliberately, there is a consistent release of positive hormones in the body as
opposed to a consistent release of negative hormones. Overtime, the energy
balance of the soul moves to a higher positive frequency of happiness. There
can be a consistent flow of energy of happiness/positivity only when the soul
expects that happiness exists and would come in its life with firm belief. When
we die and make a new life-plan, we can plan circumstances such that we can
achieve what was left incomplete in the present life.
New energy cycles of positive
vibrations are created through our contentment with all that is. The road is
cleared of negative debris and we start attracting positive energies, which we
were blocking earlier due to negative clusters of energy accumulated overtime
in the subconscious. Metaphorically, an aeroplane cannot fly where traffic is
congested. Similarly , a soul focused on worries in every aspect of life is
like in a traffic jam. Once the soul starts focusing on freedom and positivity,
the road clears for it to pick up speed and fly in harmony with its inner self.
Releasing negative thoughts
is like removing stones from the pipe of water .Once stones are removed from
the pathway, water flows through smoothly. The story of life becomes simpler
and easier as our focus improves with conscious awareness. There is less drama
but there is more passion. Love reigns and choices are made for better health
and inner happiness.
Becoming
detached to shift focus away from negative thinking, is the greatest challenge as it requires
holding the mind with control on brakes so that it doesn’t drift downwards
again to the negative. ‘
Developing mind control is
not an easy task. To develop mind control, initially, the person has to learn
how to still his mind or stay thoughtless, so that she can be aware when
thought enters. The person has to realize when the entering thought is
negative, and when it is positive. Subsequently, the person needs to check his
tendency to give into negative thinking.
With time and practice, the
person learns to stop focusing on negative thoughts or feelings. Overtime,
negative energy circuits break and the person’s dominant emotional focus
changes to neutral and then to positive.
Any therapeutic technique
which can help the person shift his emotional focus from negative to positive
helps in getting out of the vicious circle of negativity, but not totally.
Past life therapy and time
line therapy are useful for understanding the root cause of falling into the
pattern of feeling negative, but they may not always lead to catharsis.
Energy healing like Reiki or
Pranik Healing which aims at breaking the bubble of stuck negative emotion
would help initiate the process of change at a pure energy level.
But, if the person keeps
getting preoccupied with negative aspects of reality at the logical, conscious
level of awareness, then his internal energy balance would again become
negative.
The onus of developing mind
control and changing the point of dominant focus, at a conscious level of
awareness, finally lies with the person himself or herself. A doctor or a
healer can make her/him aware that he is in a problematic situation but cannot
get him out as he has to control his mind himself with a logical belief that he
can.
Our
happiness helps raise our own soul’s frequency and we have to take
responsibility for creating it as a tribute to the life-force energy flowing
within us.

Positive frequency over negative
Gratitude Over Worrying
Perseverance Over Hopelessness
Faith Over Impatience
Appreciation Over Criticism
Evolution Over Stagnation
Happiness Over Arrogance
Love Over Condemnation
Freedom Of Expression Over Blind Obedience
Optimism Over Compromise
Health Over Suffering
Mutual Consent In Peace Over
Ego Wars
