Our subconscious mind is eight-nine times more powerful than the conscious mind.
It controls our autonomic nervous system and maintains the normal functioning of all organs of our body. For example, it maintains our body temperature, our heart beat, repairs damaged tissues etc.
When our body organs start malfunctioning, as in diseases, pains and aches, the subconscious mind is responsible for the problems. Problems are created in the body subconsciously by us, due to an excessive focus on some negative aspects of life. The problems in our physical body are a physical manifestation of a negative emotional state of mind.
For example, diabetes occurs when a person feels wronged by his/her environment. Feelings of guilt, self reproach and disappointment continue over a prolonged period of time before physical symptoms develop. The person typically feels frustrated as after a rigorous, unrewarding routine and has a deep desire to rest which she ignores. A feeling of exhaustion comes due to a constant emotional conflict between balancing different aspects of life. Body symptoms are created such that the life-force energy stops flowing adequately to all organs of the body since the person feels she is not doing justice to all aspects of his/her life .
During regression therapy, diabetics are always found to have some secret guilt which keeps nagging their minds. They are unable to release their self blame tendency even though they remain tense because of it. Because of the resistance to let go, the physical organ responsible for release viz. the kidney gets affected. The release of insulin reduces since the person is always holding back stress, in some form.
The person eats in an undisciplined manner out of a need for comfort but feels worse because the digestive system cannot take the strain due to deficiency of insulin.
In cure of diabetes, disciplined eating helps because it makes the person feel in some manner emotionally strong, and reduces the tendency of self blame, while releasing the burden on the digestive system. Taking regular rests also helps in reducing the stress of negative thinking. But, if the person takes no care to discipline himself and keeps brooding while doing his regular chores, the body feels neglected, as does the soul self .Negative thinking keep blocking the flow of positive hormones and reinforcing the physical symptoms of deficiency in the body.
The Law of Repetition is the basic operative mechanism which ensures that once a cycle is established for the soul, it is maintained and reinforced. The cycles break only when the internal frequency of our energy flow, changes.
This can happen due to an internal process of maturation and evolution, or due to external events which shake our internal frequency balance due to their strong impact on the overall energy flow. .
Similarly, at a subconscious level, asthma can be cured by releasing feelings of being suffocated mentally.
Asthma is a result of constantly feeling emotionally suffocated and mentally unable to cope up with negative pressure.
For instance, a thought like “I cannot express myself. I feel angry, suffocated and helpless ‘, when focused on repeatedly, leads to a creation of a complex physical disease, like asthma, where the person feels breathless and choked over sustained periods.
The feeling of mental suffocation, converts into physical suffocation due to consistent focus.
Typically, the asthmatic person feels it is inappropriate to express his anger or resentment externally, and hence, internalizes the feelings. When the anger or sadness become too intense, but the person continues to stop his energy from freely expressing, she feels mentally choked.
The negative energy released by a repeated attention on feeling bound by convention leads to a release of negative hormones to the throat and lungs, as these are organs responsible for free breathing and expression .As a result, a repeated focus on feeling mentally suppressed manifests into feeling physically breathless.
The person feels choked / chained in her body and her life situation. Falling sick offers temporary escape or relief as the person becomes thoughtless at the time of being sick. But, due to repeatedly recurring negative focus, the asthma keeps coming back.
During regression therapy, asthma gets cured by viewing lives where the person died of drowning, poisoning or feeling choked. When the person realizes that she or he feels similarly threatened emotionally in the present life, she can change her pattern of thinking to free herself. Asthma requires that the person becomes emotionally wiser and immune to negative forces. A screaming parent or spouse can easily trigger asthma in a docile person as the person feels as if he will drown in the pressure of criticism. IT is only through breaking the chains of thought that the person can get cured of asthma.
Other diseases are also a physical manifestation of a specific negative thought process. Illustrated briefly – eczema comes when we have some issue of life constantly irritating us but we are unable to resolve it positively; cancer is caused due to suppressed bitterness which causes uncontrollable fits of rage wherein the lack of control leads to uncontrollable growth of negative cancer cells, arthritis involves rigidity of joints, movement is blocked due to autocratic , inflexible thinking and a feeling that one is unable to move ahead in life as desired; throat problems reflect an inability to
